Le billet était conforme aux prestations vendues. Immédiatement accessible dans l'application est reconnu par les responsables sécurités du Duomo. Peut être juste préciser dans un paquet supplémentaire ou avant qu'il y a aussi la crypte archéologique et une autre salle souterraine qui n'était accessible que moyennant un supplément. Un peu déçu quand le billet comprends déjà l'église du Duomo et l'accès au toit complet. Nous reviendrons et utiliserons à nouveau le service et application :)

There was an issue with accessing the tickets on the app, which I didn't check until 30 min before the check-in time, and Headout was quick and responsive, resolved it quickly. I find the measure of a company isn't when everything goes right, it's how they manage issues when things go wrong, and Headout was excellent in this regard.

Pre booking tickets was great. We had no trouble entering the site. Visiting the Duomo is a must. So much history & the architecture is simply stunning. We bought tickets with the lift pass to the terrace. Breathtaking views from above. A must do experience! Again, we marvelled at the architecture. We'll worth a visit.

Prams (except foldable strollers), helmets, food, drinks, flowers, knives, glass items, masks, musical instruments, high heels, luggage, and drones.

Flash photography and tripods inside the cathedral or museum areas.

Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs.

Sandals, headgear, or sunglasses are prohibited in sacred areas.

Accessibility

Wheelchair access is available throughout the Cathedral, Museum, and San Gottardo Church.

Terraces are wheelchair accessible only up to the first terrace, with limited access to the back choir area. Descending may require stairs.

Only foldable strollers are permitted. Prams are not allowed.

Additional information

The Duomo Museum and San Gottardo Church are closed on Wednesdays.

Last entry to the terraces is at 6:10pm.

Strict dress code: shoulders and knees must be covered as a sign of respect.

Re-entry is not allowed.
