OMG.. this was the most amazing thing I have seen.. it was amazing. the dancers, the colours the entertainment was next level. The experience of purchasing through Headout made everything so easy especially when I haven't travelled overseas in mearly 20 years and that was before the internet and online purchasing was even a thing.. Our tour to the Eiffel Tower was absolutely amazing and highly interesting from start to finish. If you are visiting Paris, this experience is a absolute must-see. Our guide Charlie is highly commendable that I'm so grateful to him. We got lost and unable to find the meeting place. My husband and I gave up and count it as a loss and decided to just go to Eiffel solo. Then Charlie called me and gave instructions to meet him at the Eiffel. We met with the group and he gave us a brief history of Eiffel. The group also o enjoyed his tour. High praises for Charlie and your tour company. It shows you care about your customers!!

Die Tour ist am den Treffenpunkt pünktlich gestartet. Der tourleiter war sehr höflich und hat viele interessante Sachen über Eiffelturm erzählt. Die Gruppe ist vergleichbar schnell durch die eingangstore mit der Kontrolle durchgeführt. Der Leiter Charli hat die kleine Gruppe stāndig im Blick und hat uns koordiniert. Tatsächlich eine gute Entscheidung um den Eifelturm zu besuchen.

Our guide, Bruno, was waiting for us at the rendezvous point. He led us through Eiffel Tower security and got us quickly to the second floor observation deck. After a helpful briefing he handed us off to the summit elevator. The whole excursion was efficient and smooth and the whole experience terrific. Paris at night from the summit is amazing.

Die Organisation war einfach super. Wir brauchten nirgends anstehen. Unser Guide Cloe wusste gut Bescheid und war immer bereit Fragen zu beantworten. Sie sprach langsam und deutlich, so dass jeder trotz weniger Englischkenntnisse fast alles verstanden hat. Wir werden diese Tour gern weiter empfehlen. Macht weiter so!

I had a wonderful experience visiting the Eiffel Tower. The whole experience was well organized, and the highlight was having such a kind and considerate guide. They were very helpful, patient, and made sure everyone felt comfortable throughout the visit. The guide shared interesting information about the Eiffel Tower and helped make the experience even more memorable. It was a fantastic day and a beautiful way to discover one of Paris’s most iconic landmarks.

Good tour however guide didn't come to the summit with us. Also poor communication regarding change of venue resulting in delayed start and additional walking to meet guide. Headout admin team refused to acknowledge that there was a venue change - comms need to improve

Det gick mycket smidigt att boka detta samt bra info innan aktiviteten. En mycket kunnig och engagerande guide, enkelt upplägg på entré förfarandet. Lite disigt men Eiffeltornet levererar ändå en fantastisk upplevelse.

Une parenthèse sous l’eau en plein Paris ! On arrive curieux et on se retrouve à prendre son temps devant les bassins, simplement pour observer. Une belle façon de ralentir et de retrouver un peu son regard d’enfant.

A valid photo ID (passport or government-issued card) is required to access the tower grounds.

Bring your booking confirmation (digital or printed).

What’s not allowed

Smoking, alcohol, glass bottles, cans, and padlocks.

Large luggage, non-folding strollers, big bags, rollerblades, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, or similar wheeled objects (except foldable pushchairs and mobility aids).

Sharp or dangerous objects.

Accessibility

The 1st and 2nd floors are wheelchair and stroller accessible.

The summit is not accessible for wheelchairs or strollers.

Additional information

Tickets to the summit cannot be purchased on-site at the 2nd floor; they must be booked in advance.

Expect airport-style security checks at entry; during peak season, waiting time can be 2–4 hours.

Infants under 4 require a ticket.

Tours are conducted in English.

The summit of the Eiffel Tower is subject to closures or limited availability due to technical or crowd-related reasons. In case of unplanned closure, a partial refund for the difference between the 2nd and top floor ticket will be provided.

Group size is capped at 20 guests for a more personal experience.
