Our guide was brilliant....Natilie... But the meeting procedure and meeting .place was questionable .. I must have asked atleast 5 or 6 person s around the tower...and none had heard of the given address or Indeed of Crown Tours . And when I actually found the place..it was dark and hardly noticeable..with the tiny flag type poster ....which could not be seen while looking fir the tour meeting place I nearly.missed the tour..as after 1 hour asking about Crown Tours and looking fir the meeting place....I was about to give up. But the people working for Crown Tours ..once found...we're fabulous..and the Tour itse6 was fantastic

Salomé polie et enjouée, a voulu nous connaître un peu en sachant d'où nous venons. Ensuite, elle nous a bien expliqué les étapes de la visites. Elle a eu le soucis de notre sécurité: d'un couple avec canne pour marcher, de nous avertir des vendeurs itinérants à l'entrée du site ainsi que des femmes frauduleuses demandant de l'argent pour leurs enfants supposément malades. L'avantage extrême d'une visite guidée étant l'histoire de la construction et du quartier, de Gustave Eiffel lui même ainsi que le passe file d'attente en allant directement à la porte de l'ascenceur.

We arrived early so not to miss our tour guide. Found the meeting point very easy to find by using Google maps. The description in the email I received was spot on and showed us a visual to compare on Google maps to find the meeting point. Our tour guide Opeyemi was very knowledgeable and new what he was talking about. The experience was brilliant and got lots of lovely pictures. I've never been to the Eiffel Tower and this was my first experience and loved it. Definitely would book another experience with headout

The guide was great and effeciently moved us through the process of getting thru the checkpoints and access to the elevators. Admitedly there were not many visitors in the tower duing our visit but I imagine that it would be an efficient way to see the tower if it was busy. The guide stayed and ansered our questions and pointed out Paris highlights and history after he dismissed everyone to explore in their own.

Easy access to see the tower. Guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. The tower was spectacular as day turned to night, and we were in the elevator down when the 6 pm sparkle happened. Very magical!

Eiffel Tower Guided Tour by Elevator

What to bring

A valid photo ID (passport or government-issued card) is required to access the tower grounds.

Bring your booking confirmation (digital or printed).

What’s not allowed

Smoking, alcohol, glass bottles, cans, and padlocks.

Large luggage, non-folding strollers, big bags, rollerblades, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, or similar wheeled objects (except foldable pushchairs and mobility aids).

Sharp or dangerous objects.

Accessibility

The 1st and 2nd floors are wheelchair and stroller accessible.

The summit is not accessible for wheelchairs or strollers.

Additional information

Tickets to the summit cannot be purchased on-site at the 2nd floor; they must be booked in advance.

Expect airport-style security checks at entry; during peak season, waiting time can be 2–4 hours.

Infants under 4 require a ticket.

Tours are conducted in English.

The summit of the Eiffel Tower is subject to closures or limited availability due to technical or crowd-related reasons. In case of unplanned closure, a partial refund for the difference between the 2nd and top floor ticket will be provided.

Group size is capped at 20 guests for a more personal experience.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the aquarium.

Accessibility

Fully accessible for visitors in wheelchairs via an external elevator located left of the main entrance stairs.

The visitor path is gently sloping, stair-free, and equipped with lifts.

Designated GIG–GIC parking spaces are available nearby.

Additional information

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Free admission for infants under 3 years.

Average visit duration is 1.5 to 2 hours.

Lockers are available at the entrance for small belongings.

Re-entry is not allowed once you leave the aquarium premises.
