I booked my tickets through Headout, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. I also got the tickets slighlty cheaper through headout. The tickets were easy to access and the barcodes were sent on the same email address i used whilst booking the tickets, and entry was quick with no issues at all. I’d highly recommend both the Dubai Frame and booking through Headout for a seamless experience. Definitely a must-visit attraction in Dubai! Atleast once ! I would say visit in the evening or during sunset for the best experience.

I really enjoyed visiting Dubai Frame. I felt it is a unique and meaningful attraction because, from one place, I could clearly see Old Dubai on one side and New Dubai on the other. The view from the top was amazing and made me appreciate how beautifully Dubai has developed. I felt excited walking on the glass floor—it was thrilling but felt very safe. I also liked the museum inside, which helped me understand Dubai’s past, present, and future in a simple way. The place was clean, well organized, and the staff were polite. Overall, I felt the experience was worth the money. I personally recommend Dubai Frame as a must-visit place for anyone coming to Dubai.

Wonderful experience, nice view. We visited Dubai Frame on 29.12.2025 and we had to stay in the queue about 1,5 h, crowdy but worth to wait so long.

Except for the initial waiting que, all other arrangements are excellent. There should be an arrangement for the visitirs to have a seating insted of staading for a long time . Fir many elderly visitors, the long standing is really an unprofessional way of handling the visitors

We liked the place. Beautiful views of Dubai, especially at sunset. Lots of photos. But there was still a line to get in, even with our tickets we stood for about 20 minutes.
