For the pickup from set locations in Levi option, the exact meeting time and point will be informed by email the day before your tour. If you do not receive pickup information, please contact the activity provider.

Please be ready and wait at the agreed meeting point 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. If staying in Levi Centre, meet your guide at Arctic Circle Snowmobile Park Safari Office 30 minutes before the scheduled start time (Address: Levintie 1585).

A missed pickup will result in a missed tour, which will not be refunded.

A valid driver’s license is required to drive a snowmobile. If you do not have a driver’s license, you can join a scenic sledge ride.

Participants under 15 years may ride as a passenger on a snowmobile only if they are at least 140 cm tall and booked at the adult price; otherwise, they must ride in a sledge behind the guide.

Two people share one snowmobile unless a single snowmobile add-on is booked for uneven groups.

Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon, and visibility cannot be guaranteed.
