Staff were warm and friendly. They were also really helpful to my daughter and I with the ponchos and one staff even helped my daughter put the poncho on. Pleasant smiles going both on a off the boat. It was an incredible experience. My daughter and I stood on the bottom deck right at the front. She is 11 and it was her first time at the Falls. We were able to take lots of pictures and videos. The boat was full but not too crowded. Just the right amount of people and standing room. Thank you Hornblower for making it an unforgettable experience for her!

We had a great experience with our tour guide Julia. Unfortunately, the location provided in the email was incorrect, so we arrived late and had to catch up with the group at the next stop. Julia was extremely patient and stayed in touch with us until we joined. Once we caught up, she made sure we enjoyed the rest of the tour and really got the most out of our time. Very professional and kind.

Great experience which included a short walking tour and an easy experience getting to the boat. I wish there were more facts about the Falls included on the walking tour as it was hard to hear some of the facts on the boat, but it was a nice experience overall.

Our family enjoyed our tour today. It was interesting to hear about the journey old hotel and stories of the falls. Our tour guides were fun and engaging. I'm so glad we finally found the group with a few minutes to spare

The Hornblower Cruise is not operational during the winter months and will be replaced by admission tickets to the Skylon Tower.

Make sure to be at the meeting location at least 10 mins before the start time of the tour.
