⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I joined the Milford Sound trip as a solo traveler, along with a small group of other people, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. Danny was an incredible guide from start to finish. The drive felt peaceful and surreal thanks to his thoughtfully chosen playlist — it honestly made me feel like I was in a completely different place. Danny’s storytelling and knowledge made the journey so engaging, and he shared interesting facts the entire way. One special highlight was when he pointed out a kea bird, something I would have completely missed on my own. I highly recommend this trip, especially if Danny is your guide. He made the journey to Milford Sound just as meaningful as the destination itself.

Our day road trip tour to Milford Sounds was thoroughly enjoyable. Our tour operator Mr Joseph (fondly called Mr Joe) shared clear details about the whole journey, made all necessary stops at various key spots, providing us and all other tour members ample time for taking photographs, adequate breaks to keep everyone fresh and comfortable. His positive energy was infectious on everyone, he was caring and professional ensuring all folks get their proper meal with all possible dietary requirements, he arranged the boat tour tickets was everyone to avoid any hassles. Overall it was a great tour & experience.

I’m posting this to thank Michaela, who was our driver and guide to Milford Sound from Queenstown on 9/2/25. It was a full day for us, picking up from the hotel at 6:30 and back to Queenstown by 19:45, but the Milford Sound Cruise was beautiful and totally worth the trip. The coach was very comfy and not crowded; take your flight neck supports, and we managed to catch a few naps on the way back. The trip out flew by with Michaela picking some great stops for photo ops and her commentary. The return trip felt longer since we only stopped for a bathroom break, but we were all getting tired and just wanted to get back as quickly as possible, which Michaela did admirably. A long day of driving and entertaining, so thanks again, Michaela, for taking such good care of us.

When I booked the tickets I was offered a pickup from close to our accomodation then also got a confirmation a couple days prior saying to be outside our accomodation 20 minutes early for pickup and so we waited and I ended up calling because it was getting late and the person on the phone told me that accomodation pickup is not a thing and had a bad attitude about it too which was real annoying talked to me as if I was making her job incredibly annoying and told me if I want to get on the tour I'll need to run to the actual location and made everything my fault despite the confirmation email telling me to wait at my accomodation
