Avendo solo due giorni per visitare Madrid ho cercato di ottimizzare tempi e costi per poter visitare le attrazioni principali. Ho cercato su diversi siti le proposte più convenienti, ma solo su Headout ho trovato la soluzione del biglietto combo con un ulteriore sconto per entrare al Palazzo Reale e al Museo del Prado. As a musician, discovering that the Royal Palace of Madrid has a beautiful quartet of Stradivarius instruments as well as a 1692 Amati double bass was a huge surprise. They are absolutely stunning and in beautiful condition. It's well worth the price of admission to see these gorgeous instruments as well as the stunning interior rooms and artwork inside the Palace.

The Palace was majestic and having booked our tickets online saved us from standing in a 3 hour line. Every room within the Palace was indicative of the gradeur and royalty of the Spanish monarchy. We did a self guided tour which allowed us to go about and explore at our own pace. Thank you Headput for the smooth experience.

Visit was almost perfect, even taking into account waves of tourists around me. One thing marred my experience: my bag was locked in the locker and it was impossible to open it. Personel was friendly, by I had to wait about one hour for a specialist to come, reset the locker and open it.

L'acquisto e l'utilizzo sono veloci tramite app. Purtroppo però nel mio caso il saltafila non è servito poiché la fila era unica quindi avrei potuto risparmiare quei 10 euro circa.

Please plan approximately 45 minutes to visit the Salons and 30 minutes for the Royal Armory.

Free admission is available Monday to Thursday, from 4pm to 6pm in winter and from 5pm to 7pm in summer, for EU citizens, residents, holders of EU work permits, and citizens of Ibero-American countries (proof required).

Enter at the Almudena esplanade gate, on the corner of Calle de Bailén.

Children aged 0–6 enter for free but require a booked ticket.

2-hour Welcome Tuk-Tuk Tour

The minimum age for participation is 2 years, and the minimum weight is 9 kg.

Each tuk-tuk can accommodate a maximum of 4 people (adults or children).

All tours start and end at the same pick-up point: the underground bus station of Plaza de Oriente, near the Royal Palace.

The tour itinerary may change due to street closures or demonstrations.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
