Me and my familly enjoyed the tour a lot! Our guide Beatriz told amazing stories about the kings of Spain, each space we visited and some of the objects inside them. The Palace is magnificent and we were in a special quick line with the tour. Just pay attention that the meeting point in not at the Palace, but at Plaza Mayor.

We signed up for this tour and got a delightful tour leader for the Palacio Real. She was knowledgeable and also entertaining with her talks. The actual time with the tour was great and we saw the palace well. Unfortunately the initial meeting at the Souvenier shop was hectic and disorganized. But all worked out.

Elena war ein witziger, geistreicher Führer mit klarem Englisch. Super. Etwas schwieriger war der Ort des Beginns der Führung zu finden. In der Info klar angeben, dass der Treffpunkt neben dem Opernhaus gelegen ist und sich in einem Souvenirladen befindet. Beste Grüße Ludolf & Anita

It was amazing experience, the organization was good, and what I liked the most was the good tour guide- she explained everything we saw at the palace in details and she managed very well to get through first aid situation - excellent reaction by the way. Definitely recommend it.

Rehber çok bilgili ve sıcakkanlı idi. Karşılama yerinde buluştuk. Burası önemli plaza operada buluştuk. Sonra bize çok yardımcı oldu. Genel olarak çok keyifli idi. Hiç sıra beklemedik çok sıra vardı ama biz beklemedik. Tavsiye ederiz.
