Pratique et très facile à utiliser même lorsqu'il faut échanger le billet électronique contre un ticket papier, m'a permis de ne pas attendre, recommande vivement. Déçu de l'interdiction de prendre des photos au musée du Prado alors que c'est autorisé aux musées reine sofia et thyssen.

I thought it was a perfect way to see museums without spendung long time in lines. Thyssen Bornemisza collection is astounding and very emotionally pleasing. I wish I had more time to spend there, but I will come back. It was not my first visit to Prado but the best organized one. We came early and exchanged voucher for tickets easily. Stood in line for 5 min as we came to the opening. We ventured right away into the Goya halls on the left to the entrance and had him all for ourselves! Overall, it was a very a wodnerful visit.

I visited here possibly twenty. Years ago and really enjoyed my visit . It has been one of my favourite museums . I was not disappointed on my visit again this week . Audio guides not expensive and easy to work . I loved the different experiences you can follow and will definitely be back soon.

I was absolutely impresed by the museum. Being a tourist, I had several years without visiting it and was delighted with the renovations. Hammershøi's exhibit is a marvel that every one should see and the Von Thyssen's collection is such a pleasure to visit again.

Thyssen-Bornemisza was amazing! It is a huge collection with paintings and other art from 14th-20th century . Well worth your time. Many of the paintings have a number and you can read or listen to info on the art work too.

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID matching the name on your booking if requested at the entrance.

Have your smartphone ticket or printed voucher ready for entry and ticket exchanges at participating museums.

What’s not allowed

Large bags, oversized luggage, food, and drinks are not allowed inside the museum for security reasons.

Flash photography, tripods, and filming equipment are not permitted inside the museum.

Accessibility

This experience is accessible by wheelchair.

Prams, wheelchairs, and electric scooters are available for use, free of charge.

For your convenience, guide dogs are welcome to join you.

Additional information

Children under 18 can enter for free.

Note: Temporary exhibitions have limited capacity. Entry is timed, with visitors admitted every 15 minutes.

Access to the permanent collection is free on Mondays from 12pm to 4pm, and on Saturdays from 9pm to 11pm.

Facilities: Baby feeding room, Wi-Fi, ATM, cloakroom, mobile charging stations, and cafes.

Audio guide available on the Second Canvas Thyssen app. Instructions to download will be shared with your ticket. Do bring your own headphones.
