Inizialmente ho nutrito qualche perplessità riguardo alla modalità di ricezione dei biglietti, previsti solo 12 ore prima dell'ingresso. Avendo programmato la visita con mesi d'anticipo per un soggiorno di soli tre giorni, temevo che un eventuale contrattempo potesse precludermi l'unica occasione di visitare il museo. Tuttavia, ogni dubbio è stato prontamente fugato dall'assistenza clienti: si sono dimostrati straordinariamente gentili, fornendomi tutte le rassicurazioni necessarie con estrema disponibilità. Best experience most do. 10 historical places with centuries of backgrounds to access throughout the bus ride with option to hop on and off at any off the historical monument. Louvre museum itself hold centuries of historical events. Inside it, It hold the ancient history of the world's. With Arts from the famous artist all over the world. Main attraction "THE MONASILA" stunning. Finding this combo together is mental in a good way. Loved the whole journey with the audios in both bus and louvre about its historical importance.

We've loved the meeting and interaction with your representative. We've got a beautifull and really enlighting interraction. The meeting location is extremely easy to find, we've arived a little earlier and we found the earlier group. But, using google maps, we've walked from Gare Saint-Lazare and it took us (usind the provided adress) right to the meeting point. Thank you very much for a great day. We will meed to do this again as we've missed loads of exibits and we have to come back. Daniel and Iren

Absolutely yes! Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. The ticket booking process was very smooth and easy, the directions to the venue were clear and well explained, and the staff on site was extremely helpful. After showing our tickets, we were guided to the correct line and admitted exactly at the time indicated on the ticket. A flawless and stress-free experience. highly recommended!

Estuvo todo genial, la puntualidad, la comunicación, considero que estuvieron muy pendientes de toda la gestión, la verdad considero que venir a paris y tener la facilidad de comprar tickets es un buen beneficio porque la cantidad de personas es enorme, creo que la hora fue perfecta y facilito mucho poder ver la mona lisa son tanta agromeracion de personas, lo recomiendo demasiado

Was very organized I ask for my ticket on mail very fast response, I received it via mail and I enter at the Luvru museum at exact timing I had on my ticket. Thank you so much other way I wouldn't visit the Luvru museum ,on other sites all booked for the date I wanted and more expensive. I highly recommend if ur stay it's short in Paris, this company!🙏🙂

River cruise tickets are valid for use anytime on the selected date and may remain valid for up to 6 months as shown on the final ticket.

Cruises depart every 30 minutes or hourly; check the linked schedule for timings.

If your ticket includes an audio guide, download and activate it in advance; the last rental is at 4pm.

From Oct 9 to early Nov, audioguides are available only in French, English, and Spanish.

Entry is free for children under 18 and EU citizens under 25; free tickets must still be collected on-site or via the official website.

Entry prices are based on nationality or country of residence, with separate rates for EEA visitors (EU countries, Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein) and Non-EEA visitors.
