Eiffel tower experience was awsome. The tourguide was very competent and told us many interesting facts. We are family of four with 1kid 11 y and second 5y. We chose the option with the top of the tower. It was safe and I woul recomment it for families. The only thing its very windy at the top

Apart from the fact that we booked the 9.30 entrance but on the day we visited there was a meeting happening and the museum would open only after 11am instead of 9am, the whole procedure was smooth and no more than 10 minutes overall (including security checks) to actually get in.

We arrived in the area of the event and were not sure where to be. We contacted the online assistance and they walked us through where to be and stayed with us until we were there. Absolutely professional.

Fue genial. Tienen que entrar por El Carrusel que es como un vector comercial que está abajo de la pirámide. Por ahí casi no hay gente, la entrada fue súper rápida. Vayan temprano para aprovechar el día.

Wir waren morgens früh im Louvre und konnten so entspannt die Mona Lisa betrachten und die Bilder im langen Gang davor. Es gibt unsagbar vieles zum anschauen und man schafft nur einen Teil an einem Tag. Sehr beeindruckend. Eintrittskarte auf Handy lief super.

The entrance was not smooth, I waited outside for half an hour until I found the right ticket, I also corresponded with your representative who was immediately available, it is worth recommending to download tickets first at the Louvre and which one

Tutto bene l'ingresso, peccato che l'audioguida fosse a pagamento, mentre invece credevo di averla pagata insieme al biglietto. Poi erano tutte esaurite, o almeno è quello che ci hanno detto, per cui abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci.

From Oct 9 to early Nov, audioguides are available only in French, English, and Spanish.

Entry is free for children under 18 and EU citizens under 25; free tickets must still be collected on-site or via the official website.

Entry prices are based on nationality or country of residence, with separate rates for EEA visitors (EU countries, Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein) and Non-EEA visitors.
