Die vorab gebuchten Tickets wurden per Mail zugestellt und man konnte sich direkt, einfach und unkompliziert in die Reihe stellen. Kein umständliches, vorheriges Abholen der Tickets ist nötig. Super! Sehr zu empfehlen! Danke!

What a great eperience at the Louvre! It was very easy to find the line to get in and moved fairly quickly. Later in the day we went on the Cruise and i was so nice watching Paris with the wind blowing. The highlight at the end was the spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower. Very easy to take amazing pictures!

Ich wuerde nicht mehr zwei Events Zusammenbuchen. DIe Tockets sollten einen Tag vorher per Link versendet werden, dass war ein Feiertag, weder der Link noch die App haben funktioniert und der Scan wurde vor Ort nicht akzeptiert. Es gibt INternet verbindungsprobleme und schon kann man seine Tickets ncith vorzeigen. Louvre an sich war super, naja die Seine Fahrt ist ganz schoen, aber muss nicht sein.

Booking was easy but the places to visit were charging extra money for not booking through the original website, and my entry ticket to the museum was booked for the same time as the boat trip to Siene river. No refunds allowed just a discount for next booking.

During peak season, boarding for the cruise may involve some waiting time.

River cruise tickets are valid for use anytime on the selected date and may remain valid for up to 6 months as shown on the final ticket.

Cruises depart every 30 minutes or hourly; check the linked schedule for timings.

If your ticket includes an audio guide, download and activate it in advance; the last rental is at 4pm.

From Oct 9 to early Nov, audioguides are available only in French, English, and Spanish.

Entry is free for children under 18 and EU citizens under 25; free tickets must still be collected on-site or via the official website.

Entry prices are based on nationality or country of residence, with separate rates for EEA visitors (EU countries, Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein) and Non-EEA visitors.

DEX audio guide is currently an iOS-exclusive app and cannot be used on Android.
