It was such a great experience. No long queues. Exciting frim start to finish. Talented performers (especially the witch and torturer) thrilling, informative and funny too! I would highly recommend this as a very special trip out.

Had a great laugh again, and yet sometimes a little suspenseful. The stories are really engaging and the effects aren't too scary. It all always comes with a funny twist and a wink!

It was really easy to book, the London Dungeons event was a fun experience for me and my daughter as part of her 21st Birthday celebrations. No photos allowed inside unfortunately but that adds t the mystery!

We arrived with VIP tickets, so we could choose our entry time, but we just walked in the same as everyone else, so that part didn't feel like VIP. The characters were amazing, they played their part to the Hilt. You can't have your picture taken with any of them though. At the end you get standard photos without paying because of the VIP package and a cocktail. Great fun to do, highly recommend. Karl.

Had a great time. Totally got a jump scare from the plague doctor when I had to sit in the cell for being a witch. The actors were just fabulous.

Vip package doesn't feel very vip only upu get a free drink witch is nicely sized glass and free phot packsge you down load feels very rushed

What to bring

Please have your tickets ready on your phone to show at the entrance.

What’s not allowed

Sharp objects, large luggage, cameras, video recording equipment, smoking, vaping, alcohol, and outside food or beverages are not permitted.

Photography is strictly prohibited inside the venue.

For safety reasons, children under 5 years are not allowed.

Accessibility

The experience is wheelchair accessible; however, only one wheelchair user is admitted per hour.

Guests with accessibility needs can book a free carer ticket alongside their own.

Pregnant guests are welcome, but the Drop Dead ride is not suitable.

Additional information

The London Dungeon is not suitable for children under 5 years.

The experience is not recommended for those of a nervous disposition or children under 12; entry for children under 12 is at parental or guardian discretion.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older.

Disabled guests pay standard admission, and carers enter free of charge.

The experience is conducted in English only.
