Una buena excursión, muy agradable la guía y recomendaré a mis amigos que hagan esta experiencia, recorrido en bus, visita a la casa museo LINDT y vuelta en barco, la única cosa que no veo bien es que es en inglés y no habían auriculares para traducir en español, éramos varios turistas y la verdad podrían mejorar este tema

we enjoy the city tour the beutiful chocolate factory and it was super goog to be able to taite the product and at the end we love the watter boat ride it was perfect thanks

The pick up spot was very convenient, the bus and guide tour were great, the boat ride to the Chocolate factory was awesome and for sure the Lindt factory. The tour was good. I would recommend it adding the fifa museum as well. You check out good stuff to do in Zurich.

The Lindt Chocolate factory is one of the Awesome places to visit in Switzerland. Highlights: The Museum with information about the history and the process of chocolate making and ingredients until the final products. We get to try the chocolates and also get samples of some of the final products. They also have interactive displays of the chocolate making process. Our guide, Andrea, truly made the experience unforgettable. She explained everything so clearly and even guided us all the way back to our hotels. The rain only added to the fun, making the whole adventure even more memorable. Everything was so well organized from start to finish. Absolutely loved the experience! ❤️

The pick up spot was very convenient, the bus and guide tour were great, the boat ride to the Chocolate factory was awesome and for sure the Lindt factory. The tour was good. I would recommend it adding the fifa museum as well. You check out good stuff to do in Zurich.

Arrive 15 minutes before your chosen time slot and present your tickets at the Lindt Home of Chocolate entrance, 8802, Kilchberg. After a quick security check, step inside and begin your sweet journey.

What to expect

Step into the world of Swiss chocolate at this state-of-the-art museum blending history, innovation, and indulgence.

Self-paced exploration: Wander through the exhibits at your own rhythm, pausing and lingering wherever curiosity takes you.

Audio guide in 10 languages: Learn how cocoa is grown, discover chocolate’s ancient origins, and follow Swiss innovations in production as you explore each exhibit.

World’s largest chocolate fountain: Marvel at the 9-meter installation at the entrance circulates over 1,000 liters of real liquid chocolate.

Interactive chocolate-making station: Watch the process unfold step by step in the on-site pilot plant and see how Lindt crafts its world-famous treats.

“Chocolate Heaven” tasting room: End your visit by sampling freshly made Lindt chocolates and exclusive creations produced on site at the museum.

What to bring

Carry a valid photo ID to show at the entrance for verification purposes.

Please bring your headphones for a seamless to listen to the audio-guide.

What’s not allowed

Large bags, outside food & drink are not allowed in exhibition spaces. Locker rooms at the entrance can be used to store smaller luggage.

Animals except service dogs, with proper identification, are not allowed inside.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building.

Strollers are not permitted in the exhibition area. There are pushchair services available for free.

Accessibility

The museum is designed to accommodate visitors with mobility challenges, with accessible entrances, restrooms and exhibition spaces.

Additional information

Children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
