This experience is not wheelchair accessible.

The Monument is not recommended for people with claustrophobia or vertigo as the attraction has a narrow, winding staircase of 311 steps.

The voucher you will receive is not your ticket. Scan the QR code to check in for your trip and to find all your essential travel information, audioguides, and tickets.

E-tickets will be available for download within 24 hours before your travel date by scanning the QR code or clicking on the link on this voucher.

Meet your host outside the Tower Bridge entrance, located on the west side of the North Tower. Your host will be wearing a ‘VoxCity’ uniform. Please have your ticket downloaded and ready to show.

At the time you have booked, this experience will start at Tower Bridge and end at the Monument later in the afternoon.

Please arrange your Monument visit time with your host. Entry times are from 2pm–5pm. The Monument is located on Fish St Hill, a 15-min walk from Tower Bridge.

Entry to Tower Bridge is subject to a security check.

Due to limited space in the viewing gallery at the Monument, a maximum of 33 people are allowed inside at any one time. Wait times of up to 30 mins to enter can be expected.
