Your online directions for how to use the ticket were completely wrong. Your directions said just take the "voucher" you provided online and present at any venue and you could get in. You also sold an audio guide but there was no guide delivered and you didn't say how to get it. Instead we wasted a bunch of time and angst waiting in a long line only to be told we had to go somewhere else to convert what you delivered online into real tickets and an audio guide. For your info the actual directions are go inside to the courtyard right outside St Vitus Cathedral and look for the blue and white umbrella where you can convert the booking to tickets and the audio guide. If you can tell me where it says all that in what you sent then it was hard to find. Otherwise it was extremely sloppy and impacted what was otherwise a great visit which we could have gotten with any other ticket and company.

The booking of tickets was a big let down. Booked them the day before and despite notice that they would be available within two hours did not meet expectations. After dealing with the support team the tickets were eventually issued 30minutes before our scheduled start time. Had we not planned ahead with our journey we would have missed the time slot. The experience at the castle was ok - probably overrated for what it is. The guy who did the intro with us was excellent.

Meet the representative near St. Vitus Cathedral to collect your tickets. You’ll receive essential orientation and a map. If selected, a brief English introduction is provided before you begin.
