From Milan: Lake Como & Bellagio by Bus with Private Boat Tour

Started with a comfortable bus ride from Milano Centrale this spot was very convenient to find, in fact we had reached out on WhatsApp per day and prior to coordinate the meeting. Our guide Ms Bibi and our driver Mr Andrew came with infectious energies, the hyped our Trip up by leaps and bounds. We were around 40 people, and two people did not come back on time, we lost almost 40 minutes because of them however the Trip team waited for them, while I appreciate time and I appreciate punctuality, it is nice that we waited for them. The private boat tour was incredible as well, you get to see the beauty of Lake Como from local perspective. The trip ended and we were back by about 7 pm. For one of my fellow travellers, the highlight was being able to be in two countries in 10 hours, I am definitely someone who giggled at that overall? It was a great experience. You could also buy water on board for €1 each. The Wi-Fi in the bus did not work however it was something I was not inconvenienced by. The

The best part was the tour's organization - everything went smoothly, the departures were really punctual. The tour guide juggled three languages -English, Spanish and Italian with incredible ease. She was witty, well-informed, helpful and genuinely interested in her tourists. The bus driver 's skills were awe-inspiring - he managed to drive the vehicle gently on narrow winding roads. Applause to all those involved in ghe tour's organisation! And Swiss chocolate in Lugano tasted awesome!👍🙏💪🌷🌹👍

Today's tour was excellent! Amato was an outstanding guide. He explained everything in a very interesting way, showed us the best spots at every stop, and made sure everyone enjoyed the experience. Hicimos el tour del 23 de junio con Ana y fue fabuloso. El tour fue puntual, todo fue explicado en detalle y era bilingüe. Ana es una genia, fue un hermoso día de visitar 3 lugares. Me gustó también tener tiempo libre en cada lugar. Lo súper recomendaría. We loved the breathtaking scenery of Lake Como and Lugano. Both places were beautiful and charming, and the tour was very well organized. Our tour guide (Amato) was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience even more enjoyable with interesting information and a great sense of humor. It was truly an unforgettable day!

These are two different tours you are asking about. The first was a self guided tour of Milan's Duomo, which included the terraces, inside the cathedral and the museum. Loved it but, as with all self guided tours, you miss many details. It was exactly what I expected. The second tour of Lake Como , Lugano and Bellagio was exceptional. This tour far exceeded my expectations. Riccardo, our tour guide, was engaging, informative, clear on expectations from the group which made for a timely, efficient tour which benefitted all. It was a bilingual tour - English and Spanish. He made certain the info was shared equally... started sometimes with English, sometimes with Spanish. He never asked for a great review. It was just such a great tour, I felt like I wanted to tell others about it. Honeatly, do this tour with Riccardo Capra. You will even go to Switzerland! I am glad we did!
