The guide was very professional and the trip was very nice. What would be good to improve is the communication between Headout and the local company as i almost missed the trip due to wrong pick-up place. Local entity only used WhatsApp to try to contact me, no email, no call and if I had not called myself to ask and had I not done this on time, I would have missed it...got there 5 min before the bus leaving...

Comfortable pace with a great guide Kiara. Kiara was very knowlegable and helpful. We had ample time at both Como and Bellagio to get a good taste of each.

Fantastic trip! Enjoyed everything! Guide was great! Recommend to look for a sunny weather if possible. But it was great most of the time it was sunny!

Time spent at each venue was sufficient. Loved the boat tour. Guide Mickey was super friendly but I thought he walked us way too fast considering there were people from all ages plus a family with a young child. Your meeting place description needs to be clearer and the rep needs to ensure his 'white board' is actually visible. Spent time searching for him

This was a wonderful tour with a long and lovely ride on Lake Como and we had time for a leisurely lunch looking out over the water and enough time to wander a bit in the town of Bellagio. Our tour guide Alex was really very friendly and personable. We highly recommend this as a great day trip from Milan.
