The history is what made this visit so great! Walking through the ancient site and learning about the Minoan civilization really brought the experience to life. I highly recommend purchasing your tickets in advance, especially if you’re visiting while cruise ships are in port. We were able to skip the long ticket lines and get ahead of the crowds. The lines were VERY long once the cruise-ship passengers arrived. The audio guide was also a great addition—it gave much more context to what we were seeing and made the visit even more interesting. Tip: Buy your tickets ahead of time and beat the cruise-ship crowds!

Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con l'audio guida ma tramite il supporto siamo riusciti a risolvere. L'operatore è stato molto gentile e veloce nel risolvere. Il palazzo ovviamente è stato molto interessante visitarlo

Booked online with Headout for entry and audio guide to Knossos Palace . When we arrived no one from Headout was there . We were expecting headphones and a device to be handed to us but there were none . The audio guide was QR codes around the site , that were free for every visitor . So basically felt completely ripped off by Head out

The directions on the app Key Tours were terrible, we spent half the time trying to figure out where to go. It would be helpful if they had employees who can direct you to the next exhibit as it was very confusing.

The audio guide did a very poor job of leading you from one place to another. It did not give instructions in most cases and when it did give instructions, they were poor. It was also obviously AI generated because the guide mispronounced multiple words. It really needs to give more detailed instruction on where to walk to get to the next location.
