From the start to the end, the professionalism and friendly smiles of those involved from getting into the elevator to the top.. made me and my wife's honeymoon a pleasure. There were simply no hiccups and issues at all. Well managed and handled. Booking through headout was simple, easy and trusted source! The KL tower experience with the Orbit dining was a top notch highlight of our honeymoon. The missus was truly happy and satisfied with my honeymooon plan! The beauty of the view in all three, the sky bridge, kl tower observation deck and petronas twin tower observation deck was truly remarkable, jaw dropping and exquisite. This experience felt like a love letter to Kuala Lumpur. Watching the city stretch endlessly from KL Tower was breathtaking, but what truly stayed with me was dining at ORBIT as the city slowly turned beneath us—quiet, beautiful, and almost surreal. It felt like time slowed down for a moment. The food, the views, the calm elegance of it all made the night feel special without trying too hard. Everything was smooth from booking to experience. We were in midst of being hit by Typhoon Senyar during that period but since we are in the highlands, it was not that severe, just non stop drizzle. It was an interesting experience as it was misty, cold and wet and so, not many people at the theme park then. But we still managed to have fun with the outdoor rides and indoor parks as not many people are as adventurous as us due to the rain and typhoon. We had a blast and wonderful memories at the Genting Skyworld Theme Park!

Todo ha funcionado perfectamente. Los horarios y las entradas perfectas. El acceso a las Torres Petronas a la hora exacta. En el caso de la KL Tower hemos tenido que hacer una pequeña fila porque era hora punta (anochecer). Experiencia muy satisfactoria y recomendable 100%.

We had a great time at the theme park. The ticketing VQ made it even more exciting, where it was super exciting and easy. We enjoyed the snow at the end of the day the most. It was fun and created wonderful memories for us. Can't wait for our next visit.

We love the weather most! It was like playing in the sky, on the cloud. Cool and fresh. Great food with unbelievable cafes. Friendly staff. And of course all the exciting rides.

selepas di upgrade genting theme outdoor saya rasa banyak sangat ketidakselesaan plus ada tambahan charge ketika bayaran tiket online ini..sepatutnya pihak pengurusan tiket lebih alert dengan keadaan cuaca dan berikan pilihan lain dalam keadaan cuaca yang tidak baik serta memberitahu or put note there tambahan bayaran yang akan di kenakan selepas kita check out untuk bayaran.

La experiencia fue un poco decepcionante por el precio que pagas. Es carisimo! He visitado muchas torres (en Japon, París, NY, etc) y me parece una barbaridad pagar este dineral por lo que es en sí la atracción. No lo repetiría y aconsejarí a futuros visitantes, que no vale la pena por el precio que es.

We had a very enjoyable time up the KL tower. Booking was very easy and the tickets on the App were available without problem. The views, well, spectacular! Nothing more to say, but a must do when in the city.

Featuring a host of different rides and attractions, the park is home to 9 different unique theme-based areas that lets you go on adventurous escapades. Andromeda Base, Eagle Mountain, Rio, and Liberty Lane are among the 9 themes that you can explore, and to top it off, your ticket also includes a complimentary VQ reservation that saves you loads of time instead of wasting it in a long queue.

Guests are required to check in the MySejahtera app.

Due to a strict maximum capacity limit, all guests are required to join the mandatory queue at KL Tower to book their time slots.

Tickets can be used on another day if they remain unscanned due to weather conditions.

The Sky Terrace will remain closed in case of weather conditions.

Genting SkyWorlds

Link your ticket to the Genting SkyWorlds app to stay notified about the Rainy Day Guarantee, which offers a complimentary return ticket valid for 12 months if adverse weather disrupts your visit for an hour or more – just screenshot the notification, bring your original ticket and ID, and check the app for updates before returning.

Virtual Queueing (VQ) allows you to reserve timed entries for rides, attractions and shows through the Genting SkyWorlds app. Activation occurs upon ticket scanning at the turnstile on your visit date.

To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid activating or linking ticket codes until arrival. Activating tickets in advance may cause them to expire before use.

Children are to be supervised at all times.

Children below 90cm in height can enter for free.
