Secret Lagoon had definitely made some upgrades since the last time I was here a couple years ago and I enjoyed it quite a bit. It still holds it's classic nature as the oldest pool in Iceland and does it's job to warm you up after a cold day out doing excursions. The staff are all friendly and there is a quick (45-60 second video) on what to do at the lagoon. I would recommend.

Grreat experience. In nature. We went for our friends birthday and it wasnt too busy. Clean and the facilities were good too.

The Secret Lagoon is Iceland’s oldest natural swimming pool, dating back to 1891. Fed by nearby hot springs, it is surrounded by steam vents and Icelandic scenery, offering an authentic bathing experience in every season.

Natural geysers: Watch Vaðmálahver, Básahver, and Litli Geysir erupt, supplying fresh geothermal water to the pool continuously.

Main pool: Soak in Iceland’s oldest natural swimming pool, heated naturally by nearby hot springs, perfect for a relaxing dip.
