It was good experience to cruise the river. However, we were not happy with the service because we were told to get off the boat at one end & have to wait for 20 minutes before we can get back on board. At the opposite end again we were told to get off & switch boat but this time we didn't have to wait. Other than that the cruise was good.

It's easy to book and piers are clean. But for those who are driving specifically on Phra Arthit pier, be careful with parking spots because we were given a ticket for parking across the pier which is weird because everybody else got their spot and we are among the chosen to get a violation

The boat was always on time and we really enjoyed all the locations. Although some of the employees that were directing the customers were very rude, we still enjoyed this beautiful country.
