Ticketing was good. Frustrating waiting for the bus, and changing the location to pick it up. I did not seeing many busses available ( probably due to being a holiday / Monday ) so just sat on the top of the bus listening to the audio tour.

Es hat alles gut geklappt. Unsere Haltestelle am Atomium konnte aufgrund eines Marathons nicht angefahren werden, dank schnellem Support per WhatsApp wurde uns eine Ersatzhaltestelle genannt. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Busse waren in gutem Zustand. Faher nett. Audioguide hat gut funktioniert Schlecht war das mehrere Busse ausgefallen sind und in Brüssel schon von vornherein nur alle 30 Minuten die Haltestellen angefahren wurden. Das war bei der Online Buchung meines Wissens nicht beschrieben.
