Am besten war, dass unsere erste Tour zufällig eine geführte Tour mit Su war. Sie war lustig und hat jeden freundlich begrüßt und hat die Sehenswürdigkeiten mit persönlichen Geschichten ihrer Familie lebendig gemacht. Sehr berührend war auch, dass sie die Passagiere dazu gebracht hat ein Geburtstagslied für ein 6 jähriges Mädchen zu singen. Toll war auch Fahrer John, der den Bus souverän durch Glasgower Baustellen gefahren hat.

Loved this way of seeing the city! So informative and fun and entertaining- our guide sang to us! The highlight, which he recommended, or I would have missed it, was the Salvador Dali painting of Christ on the Cross in Kelvingrove Museum. It moved me to tears. Thank you.

Recommend the tour buses with the live guides. The live guides are entertaining, and people did not want to get off the bus until the whole tour circuit was done! The Riverside transportation museum was definitely the highlight of the tour.

Wie überall gibt sich so in einer neuen Stadt ein Überblick. Wo soll/muss/will man noch hin und wo sicherlich nicht. Ich habe schon viele solche Hopon/off Touren gemacht. Aber, dass man drücken muss für einen Stopp habe ich noch nie erlebt. Heisdt auch dass man schlichtweg übersehen wird, wenn man unterwegs wieder zusteigen möchte. 🙈 Das ergab für mich dann einen längerer Fussmarsch. Ich finde man sollte überall und immer kurz anhalten. Dafür bezahlt man ja.

We did both the audio and live guide tour and both were very good. Angel who was our live tour guide was excellent. She was witty, approachable had an excellent knowledge of the city plus little snippets of information that you can only know from living and working in the city. S he checked that we were all ok and was happy to answer questions as we thought of them. She was clear and easily understood when talking. Made you feel like you were on a day trip with friends. Thanks Angel for a wonderful couple of hours. :) Audio guide was also good. Clear and easily understood and gave a basic guide to the city and is history. Would recommend you do both audio and live tour as both give a different and interesting veiw of Glasgow. Just a quick shout out to the staff at bus stop No.1. Again polite friendly approachable and knowledgeable. Only one thing to add could the staff at the bus stop have somewhere to securely store their bits and bobs, prehaps a little cabinet secured in the bus stop. (please note this is not your staff saying anything about this it is PURELY our observation) Staff should not have to worry about safety of their bits and bobs whilst caring for your customers. All in all and enjoyable experience. Thank You.

It was a great way to preview areas of interest and get some anecdotal history of Glasgow as well. Our tour guide was a very nice young lady who had some helpful tips and gsve us a sensevofvthe Glaswegian humor as well

We toured Glasgow on Aug 16th and our guide, Finn, was subpar. He may not have felt well, but he was rude and had little of interest to say along the tour route. After hopping off and then getting on again, we had a better tour guide, but eventually she must have been at the end of her shift. We spent the last 45 minutes with no guide. We have done many hop-on/hop-off tours and have enjoyed them all except this one.

First bus: 9:30am from Temporary stop 1 located on George Street across from the City Chambers.

Last bus: 4:30pm from Temporary stop 1 located on George Street across from the City Chambers.

Frequency: Every 30 minutes

Popular stops: Riverside Museum, George Square, Glasgow Green

Yellow route

The tour does not operate on December 25 & 26, and January 1 & 2.

The Red tour is available all-year round, whereas the Yellow tour is only available during the high season.

Stop 3: Stop 3 for Tennent's Brewery is currently unavailable due to roadworks.
