For a Sunday, opening hour at 1030am was slightly chaotic. Not your fault though. Im used to Disney Parks in America where a booklet of maps and schedule of shows are handed out at entry, so finding park maps was like a treasure hunt in itself. 2 or 3 rides and attractions were unexpectedly closed for the day. A very big disappointment. Again not your fault. Out of a 5 high rating, I would give my day a 3/5 due to park operations. I was happy to cross off HK Disneyland off of my list.

We loved how smooth and easy it was to book our Disneyland tickets through Headout! It was our first visit, and we had an amazing time enjoying all the rides. The crowd was lively—especially the adorable kids in Disney costumes collecting trick-or-treat candies. Truly a magical and memorable experience!

What an experience I had, this was my first Disney experience and my first time at Disney all the way from Zambia in Africa!! and I loved the whole experience, check in was a breeze the parade was sooo cool I really enjoyed the frozen ride and it took me back to my inner child

The crowd was massive. All the queues for attraction was so packed. Wasted so much time waiting in line. Should visit on the weekdays instead. We spent less time because we were so tired of queuing and left early.

Amazing and worth visiting with kids, we all had great time. Recommend priority tickets if you are short of time and can't wait in the queue. Each ride/attraction took us a minimum of 30-40 mins wait.

The parade is really a great work of art and effort of all the actors and actoress concerned. The atmosphere is exciting and everyone is feeling happy.

What to bring

Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and an umbrella to beat the heat.

What’s not allowed

Keep in mind that selfie sticks, weapons, alcohol, wheeled luggage of any size, stroller wagons, wagons, carts or other wheeled carriers, folding chairs, skateboards, scooters, inline skates, shoes with built-in wheels, drones, remote-controlled flying devices, kites, flags, banners and stools are prohibited inside the venue.

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

Clothes representative of an actual Disney character, obscene language, torn clothing, or clothing exposing excessive portions of the skin are not allowed inside the venue.

Accessibility

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

For your safety, some attractions at Hong Kong Disneyland Park require that Guests be a specific height or taller.

The Disney Premier Access 8-attractions gives you priority access to all of these 8 attractions: Big Grizzly Mountain Runaway Mine Cars, Ant-Man and The Wasp: Nano Battle!, Mystic Manor, Iron Man Experience, It's a Small World, Frozen Ever After, Hyperspace Mountain, and Mickey's PhilharMagic.

If a selected attraction is closed on the pass’s validity date, the pass may be used once for priority entry to one alternative attraction designated by Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited, subject to availability.

The ticket that guests buy is directly usable at the venue. If you want to reschedule your date, you can use the Disneyland app.
