Booking and ticket collection was a breeze. My email confirmation was validated at the ticket booth and exchanged for paper tickets and we walked over the new 2nd bridge. Booking on the Headout app gave me a 10% discount so tickets were cheaper than booking at the gate. The show itself was very well done, with mini performances around the grounds before the 8pm -9pm show. The arena is huge and the show features up to 500 performers and maybe 1000 or more seats. Seating was efficient and the queue moved quickly. There are plenty of staff to direct you and importantly lots of clean toilets downstairs. Gates open at 4pm but unless you are going for dinner first, I would wait till closer to 7pm

Le spectacle Hoi An Memories était une expérience magnifique! Le dynamisme, les chorégraphies, les lumières ainsi que les costumes étaient vraiment d'une grande qualité et nous avons vécu un moment exceptionnel. Nous regrettons de n'être pas venus plus tôt (avant le spectacle, dès 17h) pour profiter du site illuminé et magique (il y a aussi des boutiques) ainsi que des petits spectacles. Concernant la nourriture, il y a de quoi manger de petites choses, mais juste avant le spectacle il n'y avait presque plus rien! Nous étions en classe économique et tout devant, c'était parfait, sauf peut-être le son un peu fort. Merci pour cette soirée!!

Magnifique spectacle d'une heure en plusieurs actes qui retrace l'histoire de Hoi An. Les décors et les danses sont magnifiques et poétiques. Petit tips en place eco, privilegier les places à gauche en face de la scène pour les sous titres en anglais et la vue sur le spectacle. Seul point negatif, il pourrait être bien que le staff surveille et demande à certains touristes et guides de parler moins fort pendant la représentation.

The process of purchasing tickets was very easy. We arrived on the island and immediately fell in love, the place is amazing, beautiful shops and great mini-performances, and of course there was an amazing show at the end.
