Alles lief sehr professionell ab. Es gab eine Einweisung somit waren wir sehr gut vorbereitet. Der Flug war traumhaft, ich empfehle auf jeden Fall einen Sitz im vorderen Bereich zu nehmen, das ist der Aufpreis wert.

Check in at Atlantis The Palm helipad

Arrive at Atlantis The Palm's helipad 45–60 minutes before your Dubai helicopter tour slot. Staff check your ID, weigh each passenger for seat assignment, and run through a safety briefing. Then wait in the lounge until your helicopter is ready.

What to expect

Lift off over Palm Jumeirah

Walk to the helipad, buckle up, and take off. The helicopter climbs fast. Within one minute you'll see Palm Jumeirah's full palm shape, 16 fronds, trunk, and crescent laid out below. Your pilot points out Atlantis, The Royal Atlantis, and the surrounding villas via your headset.

Fly past Burj Al Arab on its artificial island, 280 meters offshore from Dubai's coast.

Spot Jumeirah Beach, JBR, and the Dubai Marina towers on 17-minute and longer helicopter tours.

On 25–30 minute routes, pass the World Islands and get closer views of Burj Khalifa and Business Bay.

Landing and departure

Touch down at Atlantis helipad. You'll have a quick moment for photos near the helicopter before heading back through the lounge.

What to bring

Have your original passport/valid identification ready for a seamless experience. Soft copies are not accepted.

What's not allowed

The maximum weight for each guest per seat is 110kg. Guests beyond this range will have to purchase an extra seat.

Guests who need a seat belt extender are not permitted to fly.

Safety is a priority so children under the age of 2 years are restricted from participating.

Samsung Galaxy Note 7, iPads, selfie sticks, or professional cameras are not permitted to be carried on board the helicopter.

Baggage/large bags/purses are not allowed on board the helicopter and must be left at the designated lockers.

Accessibility

Guests with heart problems or other serious medical conditions are restricted from participating.

If the guest is 8 months pregnant or more, a valid doctor's certificate is required to confirm that they are medically fit to fly.

People of determination are welcome to fly, but they must be accompanied by a paying adult who can assist them.

Additional information

A maximum of 6 passengers are allowed per flight.

Guests are required to arrive 45 minutes prior to the helicopter tour timing.

Children aged between 2 and 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions. The timings are indicative and actual flight timings may change.
