We are very happy with everything. We had been planning this trip for a very long time and finally made it happen. The experience was truly unforgettable! The transfer was from Victoria Bus Station, which is very convenient to reach from anywhere in the city. The bus was clean and had no unpleasant smells, which is also very important. The emotions were incredible: everything was very interesting, and being in this atmosphere — the atmosphere of your favorite movie — was simply WOW! On average, you need about 5 hours to see everything and enjoy a relaxed lunch. If you are a Harry Potter fan, you must visit this studio. We are planning to come back again in a few years. Thank you very much!

Unser Besuch war unvergesslich. Das Studio begeistert mit einem Highlight nach dem anderen. Die zahlreichen Räume sind mit unglaublich viel Fantasie und Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, sodass man sich schnell in die Entstehungsgeschcihte hineingezogen fühlt. An vielen Stationen wird man selbst Teil der Filmwelt: Man kann auf einem Besen fliegen oder im Hogwarts-Express seine Schauspielkünste ausprobieren. Besonders der magische Wald, Gringots Bank und Quiddich-Spiel, haben unseren Sohn tief beeindruckt. Sein Leuchten in den Augen zu sehen, hat diesen Tag für uns Eltern zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht.

Fue súper emocionante y de verdad el Tour está lleno de magia. Es una jornada inolvidable. Lo que mejoraría es el audio guía, ya que al ir entrando a los distintos espacios, no siempre se sincronizaba y las personas que estaban a cargo hablaban muy rápido en inglés. Así que si algo pueden mejorar, creo que sería eso. Si se manejan un poco con el idioma es suficiente para no tomar la Audio guía, yo la usé como 1 hora y después me saqué los audifonos. Aunque no entiendas el 100 % siento que se disfruta más así. Igualmente es espectacular. Hogwarts esyy tu oy disponible, quiero mi carta !!!

Bella l'esperienza! Il pullman super freddo però! Congelata andata e ritorno!!! I pullman sono attrezzati con ipads ed è possibile vedere il film o giocare durante il viaggio. Ne ho provati diversi ma molti sono fuori uso. Al ritorno funzionava ma il video si è bloccato dopo poco e non è più partito (il video del film è centralizzato) quindi nella idea, ma c'è bisogno di manutenzione! Per il resto ok

I booked with Headout as the price was very competitive, and the pick up locations suited our itinerary. The staff were friendly and the instructions for arrival/ departure were clearly explained. The bus departed 15 minutes late which was disappointing and the bus was extremely hot. We would have liked more time in Warner Bros as we felt very rushed, so next time would look for an extended trip.

Harry Potter le studio c'était super ! Les billets sur place c'était super ! J'ai eu un soucis de dernière minute à savoir que j'arrivais avec 2 minutes de retard . J'ai donc appelé et on m'a répondu "que je devrais prendre le train si la navette était partie ".je trouve cela inadmissible.
