I am completely satisfied with the experience. Me and my partner visited Harry Potter Studios. The bus was.on time and the driver was hilarious but not disturbing at all. The bus was comfortable as well. The studio tour itself was amazing, starting with the dining hall, Gringotts Bank, the forbidden forest and the Hogwarts Express. The tour was worth the price, there were restrooms throughout and there was a dining area at the middle. We purchased photos and videos at the broom green screen room, the instructor was friendly and easy to.understand. There was plenty of time to visit everything and watch the shows that are starting every half annhour or so. All in all it was an unforgettable experience, if you are in London and are a Harry Potter fan, it's a must.

I had an amazing experience! The return transport from London was smooth, comfortable, and perfectly on time, which made the whole trip stress-free. The Studio Tour itself was absolutely magical — the sets, costumes, and behind-the-scenes details were even better than I expected. Everything was well-organised, and I could enjoy the tour without feeling rushed. Truly a must-do experience for any Harry Potter fan. Highly recommend!

The bus on the way there was on time and got us there in a speedy fashion. Once we were there there was a short queue but we wasnt left outside for long and it was amazing to see the harry potter warner brothers studios in the snow and they even showed us how they made all the fake snow at the end. The food was good, the butter beer was better and the behind the scenes of the making of Harry Potter was amazing.

Visiting the Harry Potter studios was a childhood dream come true for me and my wife. We were absolutely blown away by the "Hogwarts in the Snow" theme — it was truly magical. The level of detail is insane; we spent the entire day looking at the sets we grew up with. Headout did a great job, ensuring we had a smooth entry without any hassle. It was certainly the most impactful highlight of our entire trip.

We loved the snow experience to make it truely a winter wonderland. Everyone was very lovely and Evan's tours was a great guide for our day. I can't wait to go to another country to see what they have done.
