Für die Abholung und die Hinfahrt gibt es nur einen Stern. Mitarbeiter von City Wonders kam knapp 30 Minuten zu spät zum vereinbarten Treffpunkt, dadurch kam es im Studio zu Hektik und die Zeit zum Anschauen war deshalb verkürzt. Der Mitarbeiter von City Wonders hat auch mit uns kaum gesprochen und irgendetwas erklärt. Den Guide Mason kann man nur loben und empfehlen. Er war sehr freundlich, engagiert und hat alles sehr gut erklärt. Fazit: Sehr schöne Erfahrung, allerdings viel zu wenig Zeit um sich alles genauer anzuschauen. Massenabfertigung, was man im Vorfeld schon weiß. Der Preis war für so wenig Zeit zu hoch.

Honestly, this was one of the best experiences of my trip to London. The transport was easy to find, left on time, and made the whole day feel stress-free. The studio tour itself was amazing — seeing the real sets, props, and costumes felt surreal as a Harry Potter fan. My favorite part was walking through Diagon Alley and seeing how much detail went into everything. We also had enough time to explore without feeling rushed. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone visiting London.

From the moment that we arrived, till the time we left we were taken care of. Our guide Nathan was for us the best guide you could get. He really made us feel like we were VIP's 😊. For sure we are going to start binging Harry Potter movies this weekend. Tnx for a great time!!

Wir waren total begeistert Es übertroffen unsere Erwartungen um Einiges. Schneller Einlas. Der große Drachen in der Eingangshalle brachte schon den ersten Wow Effekt. Alles super dargestellt und gut erklärt. Wir fühlten uns, wie in einer andern Welt. Sehr viel grandiose Handarbeit mit vortschritlicher Filmtechnik. Danke für einen unvergeslichen Tag.

We enjoyed the whole day, other than the rain and wind. Windsor Castle was amazing but we sure wished we were able to take pictures. Stonehedge was interesting and the buildings at Oxford were wonderful. It was a long drive but we enjoyed the whole day. Kevin our guide was great and very knowledgeable.

Very knowledgeable guide, helped us cut through some of the queues. Getting a "guide" from London (to the Studios) was a but of a waste though - the journey really is a no-brainer, no real need to be "sheperded". If you can, book a guided tour, but not from London.
