Getting started
Be ready at your hotel's lobby or entrance 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. You'll be picked up in an air-conditioned van and driven to the first stop on your tour - Chichén Itzá.

- This tour isn’t suitable for wheelchair users, pregnant women, or visitors with limited mobility.

Renting a life vest is mandatory if you plan on swimming in the cenote. This will cost you US$9.
