See the sun filtering in through the sandstone roof on the beach below the Caves de Benagil (Algar de Benagil). Touted as one of the Algarve's most iconic sights, Michelin Guide considers the cave to be the 15th most beautiful in the world. Interestingly, the cave is only accessible from the water. This small-group tour, with several departures from Cais Vasco da Gama in Portimão throughout the day, uses a small boat so that (conditions allowed) you can enter the cave and take photos. You also get to stop by the Praia da Marinha, enjoy a swim, and maybe see some dolphins!
