Cena veramente in grande stile , organizzazione senza errori, personale gentilissimo e veloci ad ogni richiesta , pulito e confortevole , divertimento e spettacoli bellissimi, soprattutto la.danza del ventre, perfetta come cena romantica da non confondere coi classici giri in battello nulla a che a vedere . This was one of the most memorable experience for me as a tourist in Istanbul. This cruise came with lots of surprises and fun. The meals were excellent and satisfying with varying drinks at your beck and call. The waiters were smart and friendly without patronizing. I recommend this to anyone visiting Istanbul.

The actual cruise was really good and fun. But as a disabled person I booked the cruise confirming with the cruise people if it was wheelchair accessible which they said it was but it wasn't. I have mobility issues and climbing stairs. There was stairs to go down and also a step to go up which was very scary due to me being unbalanced as it is. All the staff were very helpful and we made it on. Coming off I was so nervous nearly fell down but we did it with all the help of everyone and my husband. I would advise please get some secure stairs or a ramp which connects to the ship. It was a very scary experience me getting on and off. The cruise was amazing food was lovely. Lovely ambience overall had a great time after over coming the fear of getting on :)

Where do I start, the venue was supposed to be from 8:30-12:00 (3.5h as discribed). We met at 8 as discribed but didn't leave the dock until 9 and were back at the dock by 11. It was supposed to be four courses (i guess it is if you include the comutal bread), my ticket clearly said private table and I mentioned that (the manager told me you're just one guest, I accepted as I didn't want to make a fuss, I was just pointing it out)... I was finally moved from a table I was placed at because there was a large party and I wasn't part of it, than moved again once I complained about my situation. I'm supposed to be at a private table, instead I was at a table meant for 4 with 5 people, the guy beside me literally had his daughter sitting on his lap... (sure whatever, but the worst part is there were 20 seats empty...) Once I Identified the situation is was corrected, but it's ridiculous, I don't complain to the staff often about service but common.
