Still dreaming about the croissants we made! I booked this as a surprise for my girlfriend, and we both ended up loving it WAY more than expected. Chef Chloe kept things laid-back but also made sure no one burned their dough (she’s got eyes like a hawk). The kitchen space was cute but got a bit noisy when everyone started chatting. I’m not a baker at all but left feeling like I could at least fake it. Pro tip: you will end up with flour on your shirt, just own it. Def would do this again if I’m in Paris.

Went w/ my two teens and my mom (she’s 75!) and we all managed not to totally mess up the croissants, so that’s a win. Instructions were super clear but tbh some parts moved fast—I got lost during the folding steps. Still, everyone was super friendly and our instructor, Sabrina, was patient w/ my endless questions. Wish we could’ve picked more fillings, but the ones we did try were yum. My daughter keeps talking about the blue croissants!

I’ve done a few classes like this, but this one was SPECIAL. There’s something about rolling out the dough in Paris, you know?
