All activities were explained ahead of time. The guides were knowledgeable and seemed to truly like their role in educating our group. Allstaff were approachable gor questions. Pick up time was close to what was indicated beforehand. Lunch was a buffet of typical Thai cuisine. Tasty and fresh!

We learnt abt the elephants, observed them closely, prepared the foods for them, feed them and walked with them to the jungle and river. My son is really happy with the program.

The driver arrived early to pick us up and the guides at the sanctuary were fantastic. They were knowledgeable, clearly loved the elephants, and guided us through all of the activites with fun and friendliness. The onky thing to be aware of is the booking process. I booked for the half-day afternoon but a driver showed up at 6am to my hotel. Also, the description doesn't state when the actual day starts, which is two hours before the stated start time. The time listed is when the tour starts at the sanctuary, NOT when you will be picked up.
