I really liked how Hendricks intereacted with our group. He didn't just tell us facts, he posed a question and had us suggest an answer. It helped that he carried a folio of photographs to show us interesting information. I did not know that the original color of the tower was red due to the paint being an anti-rust variety. I did not know that Gustave Eiffel had to fund alot of the tower himself and made back his investment in 11 months. I really learned a lot and like the views on the first and second levels. La guida molto simpatica preparata e ti interrogava ... anche e sto molto carino . Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che il prezzo del biglietto molto costoso non era compresa il salta la fila abbiamo fatto quasi un'ora di coda e avrei potuto comprarmelo lì il biglietto molto più conveniente che spendere 114 euro e farmi la coda non mi è sembrato giusto . Pirtoppp non ho controllato ma la prossima volta non sceglierò voi di certo solo per questo motivo .

Mauvaise publicité!! À éviter! L'accès au sommet n'a pas été possible et malgré ce qui est écrit sur le site et selon ce que la guide a mentionné! Le prix sans guide est beaucoup moins dispendieux! La guide était bonne mais cela ne vaut pas le prix!

Meet your guide at the designated meeting point. Your entrance tickets are arranged in advance, and your guide will accompany you through the security checks. As you enter, your guide will provide insights and stories about the tower’s history.

Your tickets will be validated by your guide, and you’ll proceed with the tour. Please note that this is not skip-the-line access and you may still encounter waiting times at the security check during busy periods.

What to bring

Individuals must present a valid form of identification, such as a passport or ID card, to access the tower grounds.

This experience involves a lot of walking and climbing. It's highly recommended that you wear comfortable walking shoes in order to fully enjoy this experience.

What's not allowed

Keep in mind that smoking, large luggage, non-folding buggies/prams, big bags, baby strollers, rollerblades, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, other large rolling objects (except foldable pushchairs, medical or assistance vehicles for persons with reduced mobility), sharp objects, glass bottles, padlocks, and cans are not allowed on this experience.

Accessibility

This tour is not accessible for individuals with mobility impairments.

The summit is not wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

Additional information

This tour doesn’t include skipping the line. Your tickets are arranged in advance (no ticket-office queue), but this is not skip-the-line and security-check waiting times may still occur.

It is recommend allowing extra time before your next activity to ensure you make the most of your Eiffel Tower experience.

Please note you will not be able to purchase tickets to the summit on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. If you wish to visit the summit, purchase these tickets before your visit.

As per Eiffel Tower rules, if you upgrade your tour to include the summit, you'll need to visit the summit right after the guided tour ends. Afterward, feel free to explore the other 2 floors on your way down. The first level of the Eiffel Tower has more exhibits, a glass floor, and occasional pop-ups.

The summit of the Eiffel Tower is subject to closures or limited availability due to technical or crowd-related reasons. In case of unplanned closure, a partial refund for the difference between the 2nd and top floor ticket will be provided.

This is an English-guided tour. Some guides may also speak additional languages, primarily French or Spanish, and may offer extra assistance when possible, though this cannot be guaranteed.
