Fantastic visit to the Atlantis Aquarium! Had a great time at the Atlantis Hotel's aquarium. Everything was smooth: easy online booking, convenient valet parking (they took and brought back the car), and super helpful staff everywhere. The aquarium is truly beautiful. It's not too big, so you can enjoy everything without getting tired. The exhibits are stunning. I was amazed to see you can even scuba dive in the big tank – I'm 100% doing that next time I visit! A wonderful, stress-free experience!

An absolutely amazing experience! The aquarium is massive and beautifully designed, with an incredible variety of marine life. Walking through the tunnel felt magical — sharks and rays swimming right above you 🦈✨ Everything was well-organized, clean, and easy to navigate. A must-visit attraction in Dubai, whether it’s your first time or not. Totally worth it!”

It truly felt like a lost world to us. Every corner brought a moment of awe as we saw so many different species living together. It was absolutely worth our time and gave us memories we’ll cherish for a lifetime. A must-visit for anyone who hasn’t experienced it yet. It was a beautiful, mystical experience, and time passed very quickly. We relaxed while watching different species of fish, and we even had the chance to touch a starfish and baby sharks. We also caught a mermaid show, which was fascinating. It’s definitely worth visiting, especially for children!

Lost Chambers Aquarium at Atlantis The Palm is nothing short of extraordinary. From the very first step inside, The aquarium is impeccably designed, with breathtaking tunnels, crystal-clear tanks, and thousands of vibrant marine creatures that captivate visitors of all ages. Our family of four enjoyed every single moment, and the experience was perfectly balanced for both adults and children. The kids were absolutely fascinated by the sharks, rays, and colorful fish swimming just inches away, while we as parents truly appreciated the calm, immersive atmosphere and the educational value woven seamlessly into the experience.

That was my second time to the Aquarium. The first one was in 2012. There has been quite much changes. I was happy with the real good management of the staffs. They guide and direct you everywhere. The mermaid show was nice. The fishes are awesome as always. Keep up the great work!!

I've been to Atlantis-The Bahamas and I think Atlantis-The Palm is much more new, nice, crisp and best so is the Aquarium.

No great family afternoon at the Dubai view at the palm , no queues - easy to access the digital tickets via the headout app, beautiful inside and out , spotless and clean , not too Crowded . amazing views all around , plenty of opportunities for photos , cafes up top very reasonable prices considering their prime positioning . Great choice of drinks and parties and huge whippy ice cream . Thoroughly recommend - we were booked for 4 pm party of 8 , last pre prime time entry and have to be at the entry by 3.30'. Felt very relaxed the whole experience . The photo taken by there photographers were a bit expensive but I always find this happens at this kind of tourist attraction . The gift shop was good and my sister bought a souvenir t shirt and was only £20 ... bargain We had purchased combo tickets so then headed off to Atlantis aquarium .

I recently visited the Atlantis Aquarium in Dubai and rated the experience 4 out of 5. Overall, it’s a beautiful and very well‑maintained attraction. The design of the tanks, the lighting, and the variety of marine life make it visually impressive and enjoyable to explore. Everything feels clean, organized, and thoughtfully curated, creating a relaxing and immersive atmosphere. However, I expected it to be larger, especially considering the scale and reputation of Atlantis. While the exhibits are attractive, the overall size felt smaller than anticipated, and I found myself finishing the tour more quickly than I expected. A bit more space or additional sections would have made the experience even better. Still, it’s definitely worth a visit—just be prepared for a shorter experience than you might imagine.

What to bring

The Dubai Balloon

Comfortable, casual clothing is recommended. Bring a jacket as it might be cooler once the balloon reaches its maximum height, especially at night.

It is recommended to avoid wearing heels.

What's not allowed

Big bags will not be permitted onboard. However, backpacks and purses will be allowed.

Eating, drinking, and smoking on the flight are not allowed.

Anyone under the influence of alcohol or any other drugs is strictly not allowed to fly.

This experience is wheelchair accessible.

The Dubai Balloon

The experience is accessible for wheelchairs and baby strollers. Please speak to a Ground Crew member for assistance loading and unloading the balloon gondola.

The wheelchair/stroller must have a braking/locking system to prevent unsecured movement in flight. This function will be checked and verified by the ground crew before boarding.

There are extra wheelchairs on-site which you can use for the duration of the flight.

This activity is not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with heart problems, serious knee or back pain, those who've had major surgery in the last 6 months, or those with height phobia or motion sickness.

All passengers will need to sign the declaration at the venue that he/she doesn’t have any of the health problems mentioned above.

Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult for In the Marine Animal Experiences, while guests under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult for the Fish Tales Tour.

Flights last 10 minutes. Duration may vary due to loading, offloading, and queues. Allow for potential extended time during peak periods.
