Important Information

Please carry a valid ID proof (Passport or any government-issued ID) with you. You will not be allowed to fly without a valid ID.

Guests need to fill out and submit the waiver form online at least 24 hours before the flight. The waiver form is attached to the voucher that you will receive after booking.

Transfer pick-up/drop-off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.

Restrictions

The experience is restricted for guests weighing more than 110, and guests shorter than 140 cm.

The experience is not accessible for wheelchair users, pregnant women, people with serious heart problems, mobility issues, back and neck problems, height phobia, mental and physical disabilities, or those who have undergone major surgery during the last 6 months.

Guests are required to sign the declaration that they don't have the above problems.

Guests under the influence of alcohol or any other drugs are prohibited from flying.

Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the meeting point. Students must show a valid student ID.

This experience offers hotel transfers (if option selected while booking), in case the participants do not wish to opt for hotel transfers they can reach the meeting point mentioned below.

This ticket includes hotel pickups and drop-offs from selected hotels in Dubai.

In the next step of booking, please specify the name and address of your hotel.

On the day of your tour, please report at your hotel lobby 10-15 min prior to your scheduled departure.

If your hotel does not have a lobby, please wait at the entrance of the hotel.
