What an unexpected pleasant surprise! We have expected a regular, no-thrills visit, based on previous reviews, and instead we got a downright AWESOME experience, perfectly suited for my wife's Birthday 🎂 🥰! The visit took much longer than we have expected as we could not get enough of it😀! After sharing some pics with our daughter, I sincerely believe she's going to convince her husband to follow our steps! Thank you for an unforgettable experience, Dubai! I'm sure we're gonna be back sooner than expected🥰

We really enjoyed our Dubai Frame visit booked through Headout. Booking through Headout was the fastest option and cheaper than the other choices we found. The process was smooth, entry was easy, and the views from the top were amazing, especially seeing old Dubai on one side and modern Dubai on the other. A great family-friendly attraction and definitely worth visiting.

Visited the iconic Dubai Frame yesterday and honestly, it felt like stepping between two worlds. On one side, you see the charm of old Dubai — the history, the culture, the roots. Turn around, and you’re hit with the stunning skyline of modern Dubai, full of ambition and innovation. The structure itself is breathtaking, especially from the top. Walking on the glass bridge was a mix of excitement and slight fear, but totally worth it for the panoramic views. Everything is well-organized, clean, and tourist-friendly. If you’re in Dubai, this is definitely a must-visit spot. It’s not just about the view — it’s about experiencing the journey of Dubai from past to future in one place. 🌆

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.

Smoking is not allowed at Dubai Frame.

Don’t lean or climb over the railing, and don’t sit or place children on the railing.

Toys and sharp tools are not allowed.

Items displayed in exhibitions must not be touched or removed.

Additional information

Up to 5 members of single groups are allowed per entry.

Large bags and strollers must be kept at GATE 4 Counter.

Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the visit.

The meal voucher is not applicable for children aged 3 and below.

The venue's operating hours for Ramadan are from 11am to 7pm.
