Visiting the Dubai Frame was a delightful experience for my wife and me. The atmosphere was incredibly friendly, and we were pleased to see many families with children enjoying their time there as well. The staff were wonderful, always ready to assist and enhance our visit. The views from the top were simply breathtaking, offering a unique perspective of the city. However, it was a bit disappointing that they didn’t provide cold water but that said, there was a good selection of other drinks, including hot beverages, and we thoroughly enjoyed the lovely café located downstairs. Overall, our visit to the Dubai Frame was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy a day out in Dubai.

The tickets were delivered instantly, and entry was hassle-free — just scan and walk in. No long queues at all! The Dubai Frame itself is absolutely stunning. The views from the top are incredible — one side shows Old Dubai and the other New Dubai, and the glass floor walkway is a must-try! The ease of getting in due to the tickets booked on Headout was the starting point of a great experience. The elevator zips you to the top floor, and the view from there is simply spectacular! Really enjoyed the glass floor, scary at first, but then the view is mesmerizing as you stare down below

Fascinating view of the frame up close! We took a lot of photos. Amazing architecture. It is also nice that there is a museum telling the history of Dubai. When we reached at the top... wonderful view seeing the Old and New side of Dubai. Thank you for memorable experience.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.

Smoking is not allowed at Dubai Frame.

Don’t lean or climb over the railing, and don’t sit or place children on the railing.

Toys and sharp tools are not allowed.

Items displayed in exhibitions must not be touched or removed.

Up to 5 members of single groups are allowed per entry.

Large bags and strollers must be kept at GATE 4 Counter.

Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the visit.

The meal voucher is not applicable for children aged 3 and below.
