I booked my service through Headout, and it was a very good experience overall. When we visited Dubai Frame, we found that there was a long queue, and the personal security staff informed us that the waiting time could be more than two hours. For customers who book directly through Dubai Frame or other official websites, they usually need to visit on the same day, or in some cases within a two-day timeframe. If they miss that window, it becomes difficult to manage. However, with Headout, the booking validity is for one full year, which is extremely convenient. This flexibility is very helpful, as it allows us to visit later if we face any difficulties or time constraints. Overall, booking through Headout made the process much easier and stress-free.

I really enjoyed visiting Dubai Frame. I felt it is a unique and meaningful attraction because, from one place, I could clearly see Old Dubai on one side and New Dubai on the other. The view from the top was amazing and made me appreciate how beautifully Dubai has developed. I felt excited walking on the glass floor—it was thrilling but felt very safe. I also liked the museum inside, which helped me understand Dubai’s past, present, and future in a simple way. The place was clean, well organized, and the staff were polite. Overall, I felt the experience was worth the money. I personally recommend Dubai Frame as a must-visit place for anyone coming to Dubai.

Amazing Experience at Dubai Frame! I booked my tickets through Headout, and the whole process was super smooth. The tickets were delivered instantly, and entry was hassle-free — just scan and walk in. No long queues at all! The Dubai Frame itself is absolutely stunning. The views from the top are incredible — one side shows Old Dubai and the other New Dubai, and the glass floor walkway is a must-try! Its an impressively organised place. Respectful staff and more important making your experience much better. My wife is pregnant and care they had for her it was out of this world. It was worth all the wait and glad we did it . One suggestion for people is to book tickets in advance and not crowd the ticket cashier.

Ist schön zu sehen aber es sind Menschenmassen , nehmt euch das VIP Ticket sonnst steht ihr 90 min in der Schlange für 15 min im Frame, hopp on hopp off vor der Tür, da ladet euch die App runter der Qr Code ist am Plan, da seht ihr Echtzeit wann der Bus wo ist

Its a fantastic piece of modern day conatruction. From here you get a very beautiful view of both the old and new dubai..Best time to visit is sunset to see the amazing golden color atmosphere and the glowup of lights around the new dubai.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.

Smoking is not allowed at Dubai Frame.

Don’t lean or climb over the railing, and don’t sit or place children on the railing.

Toys and sharp tools are not allowed.

Items displayed in exhibitions must not be touched or removed.

Additional information

Up to 5 members of single groups are allowed per entry.

Large bags and strollers must be kept at GATE 4 Counter.

Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the visit.

The meal voucher is not applicable for children aged 3 and below.
