I booked my service through Headout, and it was a very good experience overall. When we visited Dubai Frame, we found that there was a long queue, and the personal security staff informed us that the waiting time could be more than two hours. For customers who book directly through Dubai Frame or other official websites, they usually need to visit on the same day, or in some cases within a two-day timeframe. If they miss that window, it becomes difficult to manage. However, with Headout, the booking validity is for one full year, which is extremely convenient. This flexibility is very helpful, as it allows us to visit later if we face any difficulties or time constraints. Overall, booking through Headout made the process much easier and stress-free.

I really enjoyed visiting Dubai Frame. I felt it is a unique and meaningful attraction because, from one place, I could clearly see Old Dubai on one side and New Dubai on the other. The view from the top was amazing and made me appreciate how beautifully Dubai has developed. I felt excited walking on the glass floor—it was thrilling but felt very safe. I also liked the museum inside, which helped me understand Dubai’s past, present, and future in a simple way. The place was clean, well organized, and the staff were polite. Overall, I felt the experience was worth the money. I personally recommend Dubai Frame as a must-visit place for anyone coming to Dubai.

Amazing Experience at Dubai Frame! I booked my tickets through Headout, and the whole process was super smooth. The tickets were delivered instantly, and entry was hassle-free — just scan and walk in. No long queues at all! The Dubai Frame itself is absolutely stunning. The views from the top are incredible — one side shows Old Dubai and the other New Dubai, and the glass floor walkway is a must-try! The inside galleries are well-designed and showcase Dubai’s past, present, and future beautifully. Overall, an amazing experience and definitely worth visiting. I booked my tickets through Headout, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. I also got the tickets slighlty cheaper through headout. The tickets were easy to access and the barcodes were sent on the same email address i used whilst booking the tickets, and entry was quick with no issues at all. I’d highly recommend both the Dubai Frame and booking through Headout for a seamless experience. Definitely a must-visit attraction in Dubai! Atleast once ! I would say visit in the evening or during sunset for the best experience.

Its an impressively organised place. Respectful staff and more important making your experience much better. My wife is pregnant and care they had for her it was out of this world. It was worth all the wait and glad we did it . One suggestion for people is to book tickets in advance and not crowd the ticket cashier.

Its a fantastic piece of modern day conatruction. From here you get a very beautiful view of both the old and new dubai..Best time to visit is sunset to see the amazing golden color atmosphere and the glowup of lights around the new dubai.

Museum of the Future

Point of View: You have now entered the year 2071. A lot has changed since you stepped into the museum. Remember, you are an important contributor to the overall experience and not a mere spectator of someone else’s work.

You'll typically find a museum displaying fine art, history, and traditions of various cultures- but the Museum of the Future is no typical museum! It takes you on a voyage, 50 years into the future, with quite a bit to show you!

The Museum of the Future is spread across 7 floors (only 5 are accessible though). Each floor has something specific in store for you. Divided into 5 "chapters", you'll feel like you're back in school as you tackle topics like climate change, ecology, health, wellness, spirituality, imagination, and the future of space travel and living! With the use of immersive theater, interactive exhibits, and themed attractions, this will be a fun museum experience unlike most.

Dubai Frame

The Dubai frame sports an award-winning design that perfectly captures the entire skyline in the heart of Dubai. Designed to showcase both the new and old sights in a single frame, this rectangular structure rises up to an unbelievable 150 meters. The venue also features a museum that showcases the transition of Dubai from a fishing village to an iconic metropolis.

Bring your cameras. Photography and videography are allowed as long as the images are taken using existing light only (no flash) and are for personal, non-commercial use.

Museum of the Future

Tickets need to be exchanged for wristbands at the entrance. Please ensure to arrive 15 minutes before your booked time slot.

Museum of the Future has a strict policy for maintaining the time slot selected. Besides a grace period of 30 mins before/after the selected time slot, early/late entrance to the Museum will be denied.

Children under the age of 4 can go free but a free ticket should be booked online.

Individuals under the age of sixteen (16) years require a ticket and are to be accompanied by an adult.

You are encouraged to travel via Metro or other more sustainable means. Self-parking for museum ticket holders on the day of validity is available free of charge for 3 hours, however, parking spaces are limited and subject to availability (electric car charging is available). Valet parking is available at an additional charge.

The full self-guided visit is expected to take approximately 2 hours. Please ensure to arrive 15 minutes prior to your booked time slot. If you miss your entry time, the attraction will try to accommodate you on the next available time slot on the same day, based on availability.

Please dress in a manner that is appropriate for a public space in the UAE and is respectful of the local culture.

Food and beverages are available for purchase and are to be consumed in designated areas.

Caregivers may bring snacks and drinks to the Future Heroes floor, but not past the entry barrier. No food or drink is allowed in the other exhibitions out of concern for the safety of all guests.

Large bags and strollers must be kept at the GATE 4 Counter.

Differently-abled people can enter for free.
