I booked my service through Headout, and it was a very good experience overall. When we visited Dubai Frame, we found that there was a long queue, and the personal security staff informed us that the waiting time could be more than two hours. For customers who book directly through Dubai Frame or other official websites, they usually need to visit on the same day, or in some cases within a two-day timeframe. If they miss that window, it becomes difficult to manage. However, with Headout, the booking validity is for one full year, which is extremely convenient. This flexibility is very helpful, as it allows us to visit later if we face any difficulties or time constraints. Overall, booking through Headout made the process much easier and stress-free.

I really enjoyed visiting Dubai Frame. I felt it is a unique and meaningful attraction because, from one place, I could clearly see Old Dubai on one side and New Dubai on the other. The view from the top was amazing and made me appreciate how beautifully Dubai has developed. I felt excited walking on the glass floor—it was thrilling but felt very safe. I also liked the museum inside, which helped me understand Dubai’s past, present, and future in a simple way. The place was clean, well organized, and the staff were polite. Overall, I felt the experience was worth the money. I personally recommend Dubai Frame as a must-visit place for anyone coming to Dubai.

Amazing Experience at Dubai Frame! I booked my tickets through Headout, and the whole process was super smooth. The tickets were delivered instantly, and entry was hassle-free — just scan and walk in. No long queues at all! The Dubai Frame itself is absolutely stunning. The views from the top are incredible — one side shows Old Dubai and the other New Dubai, and the glass floor walkway is a must-try! My wife and I booked the Budget-Friendly Evening Desert Safari & BBQ Dinner, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From pickup to drop-off, everything was well organised and smooth. The desert drive was thrilling, the sunset views were absolutely stunning, and the entire experience felt both exciting and relaxing. The camp setup was beautiful, the atmosphere was lively, and the BBQ dinner was surprisingly good with a great variety of food. A special mention goes to our safari guide, Soni, who made the experience even better. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, and he made sure everyone felt safe and had a great time throughout the drive and activities. His positive energy really added to the whole experience. For anyone visiting Dubai and looking for a great desert safari experience without overspending, this is absolutely worth it. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend it to couples, friends, or families.

We are very happy as per schedule and plan they have full fill all over requirement. Driver come guide Shaqib was excellent to provide the service and sharing the information. Snacks, BBQ and dances are mind-blowing. Desert Safari in the car we have enjoyed a lot specially my kids. Camel ride was cherry on top of the cake. In the mike they are announcing the special guests and who has birthdays that also we like. The pick up and drop off car was excellent. In the last, I would like to say we enjoyed a lot our desert Safari tour and we we would like to to go again after sometime. Thanks headout team.

I booked my tickets through Headout, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. I also got the tickets slighlty cheaper through headout. The tickets were easy to access and the barcodes were sent on the same email address i used whilst booking the tickets, and entry was quick with no issues at all. I’d highly recommend both the Dubai Frame and booking through Headout for a seamless experience. Definitely a must-visit attraction in Dubai! Atleast once ! I would say visit in the evening or during sunset for the best experience.

Our desert safari was an excellent experience, made truly special by our guide, Saqib. He was perfectly punctual, highly cooperative, and extremely attentive. He anticipated our needs before we even asked, which made everything feel smooth and effortless. His professionalism and consideration elevated the entire experience. It honestly would not have been this enjoyable without him. Highly recommended!
