Honestly, I didn’t expect to have that much fun, but the dolphin show was awesome! The dolphins are super smart and do some crazy tricks – flips, dancing, even painting (yeah, really). The trainers seem to have a great bond with them too, which was nice to see. The whole show isn’t super long, but it’s packed with cool moments and laughs. The seal was adorable and hilarious – total crowd favorite. Only thing I’d say is maybe get there early to grab a good seat, and if you’re going with kids, they’re gonna love it. There’s also a chance to take pics with the dolphins after the show, which is pretty cool (a bit pricey though). Overall, really fun way to spend an hour or two – definitely worth checking out if you’re in Dubai and want a little break from malls and desert stuff.

Watching the adorable penguins was such a delight too! 🐧 The staff were super friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We laughed, cheered, and loved every moment! I have visited my last day at Dubai to enjoy and finish my travel by nice memories. Dubai dauphinarium is full of fine and joyful dauphines. After I have enjoyed the Creek park where the Dauphinarium is located. Visit this place as it is a must.

From the moment the trainers stepped out, it was clear that the animals were not only well-trained but genuinely enjoyed interacting with the audience. The dolphins stole the spotlight with their incredible agility—leaping, spinning, and performing synchronized routines that had the crowd cheering nonstop. Their energy was infectious, and the bond between them and their trainers felt natural and respectful. The seals added a charming comedic touch. Their playful personalities shone through as they clapped, balanced balls, gave “high-fives,” and even acted out funny skits. One of the highlights was a seal “stealing” the spotlight with a dramatic pose, which got plenty of laughs from both kids and adults. The show also included educational segments explaining marine conservation, animal behavior, and the importance of protecting ocean habitats. It was informative without feeling heavy—perfect for families. The venue was well organized, seats offered good visibility, and the sound system was clear. The show length—around 45 minutes—felt just right.

What's not allowed

Ski Dubai Snow Park

Safety is a priority so the Snow Park experience is restricted for guests under the age of 2 years and the Snow Bullet ride is restricted for guests under the age of 8 years, over the weight of 120kg (264.55lb), under the weight of 30kg (66.14lb) and under the height of 1.2m (3.94ft).

Dolphin and Seal Show

Smoking is not allowed inside the venue.

Guests must avoid touching the pool water, throwing objects into it, and standing or running behind the barricades around the pool.

Shutterbugs, take note: Conducting live streaming or broadcast of the show, and causing inconvenience to other guests while taking photos/videos are prohibited.

Keep in mind sharp material or hazardous items, balloons, and strollers are not allowed inside the show venue. Pack wisely!

Accessibility

Ski Dubai Snow Park

Your safety comes first so guests with high blood pressure and back issues, and pregnant women are restricted from participating in the Snow Bullet ride.

Skiers/snowboarders must be intermediate level 2 to access the slope.

It is recommended to wear warm smart casual clothes.

Children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 years or over.

Helmets must be worn by all guests under the age of 13 years.

All guests under the age of 18 years of age must submit a waiver form signed by their guardian to enter the Slope.

Little skiers or snowboarders aged between 3 to 8 years are permitted to enter the Slope under the supervision of an adult. Skiers or snowboarders aged between 9 to 14 years may enter if the parent/guardian is within the Mall of the Emirates premises.

Children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by a paying adult.

The creek park charges AED 5 per person upon arrival.

The seating is on a first-come-first-served basis.

The first 3 rows are splash zones and guests may get wet in this zone.
