Tolles Erlebnis abseits der Hochhäuser wo man mit der Wüste und dem Sand sich mit der Natur verbunden fühlt. Wir hatten zusätzlich VIP Tickets bestellt, sowie einne verlängerte Kamelritt (15min) und mit dem Habicht ein paar Fotos geschossen. Das war ingesamt mit der Show ( Bauchtanz, Feuershow und kleidertanz) und dem leckeren Büffet ein gelungener Abend. Unser Fahrer Najam hat uns pünktlich vom Hotel abgeholt und uns mit einer abenteuerlichen Wüstenfahrt zur Show hin und uns sicher wieder zurück gebracht. Einen Stern Abzug dafür, dass man vor, während und nach der Show ununterbrochen von den Ständenbetreibern gefragt wird ob etwas kaufen möchte obwohl man bereits mehrmals abgelehnt hat. Alles in Allem eine tolle Erfahrung die ich empfehlen würde.

The guy picked us up from the hotel at the appointed time. We felt taken care of the whole time, but I can't miss the gesture that Syed Mohib did for us: my daughter had a birthday the next day, after we had already sat down to dinner, he came and asked me to tell him the child's name, after which there was an announcement from the host, who congratulated my daughter on her birthday. A little later, Syed Mohib came with a box in which there was a cake for the child's birthday. I can say that the experience with the jeeps on the dunes was great, the food, the show and everything related to the Desert Safari was unique, but what we will never forget is that Syed made our daughter the happiest that evening. Thank you Syed for everything!

Our travel guide, Yasir, was absolutely exceptional. My partner and I had an amazing desert adventure thanks to him. From the moment he picked us up to the very end of the experience, he made sure all of us—including the five other guests on the shared ride—were well taken care of. This was our first time in Dubai and our very first activity of the trip, and Yasir truly set the tone. Travel in an air‑conditioned 4x4 with either 15 minutes of dune bashing in Awir or 30 minutes in Lahbab, plus a brief camel ride, sandboarding, and a sunset photo stop.

We joined a safari tour today and it was an amazing experience! The red dunes bashing was excellent — our driver was very professional and skilled, making the whole ride both thrilling and safe. He also took great photos of us on the dunes, which we really appreciated. The dinner was very tasty with plenty of options for everyone. A special thanks to our guide, Yasir — he was truly wonderful. Very friendly, talkative, and always ready to help. He also has great knowledge of history and politics, so our conversations during the trip were really enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic time and definitely recommend this tour!

Desert adventure

Experience a 30‑minute dune bashing session in a certified 4x4 that navigates the dynamic terrain of the red dunes. A scheduled stop at the highest dune gives you time for sandboarding and capturing sunset photos.

Camp experience

At ATLANTA Tourism Camp, enjoy a short camel ride that offers a taste of traditional Bedouin travel. At the camp, you can join in on cultural activities such as henna painting and traditional costume photography.

Dinner & entertainment

How is the Lahbab Desert different from the Aweer Desert?

Lahbab Desert is known for its red dunes, some of the tallest in the region, making it a prime location for dune bashing, sandboarding, and quad biking. Aweer Desert has firmer, golden sands with smaller dunes, making it more suitable for beginner off-roaders and casual desert drives.

Bring along your sunglasses, sunscreen, hat, jacket, and camera.

What's not allowed

Note that the following are not allowed during this experience: luggage, large bags, pets.

Accessibility

The dune bashing experience is not suitable for: children aged 3 and under, pregnant women, wheelchair users, people with back and heart problems, people with pre-existing medical conditions, infants, and senior citizens.

Additional Information

It's recommended to wear light clothes along with comfortable shoes.

Avoid eating 2-3 hours before the safari trip to avoid any sickness during dune bashing.

Pick-up and drop-off are limited to specific areas in Dubai.

Summer season pick-up timings: Between 2pm and 3pm (valid till the end of September 2025).

This tour can accommodate a maximum of 6 people in 1 group.

Some entertainment shows may not be available during national holidays and Islamic occasions.
