Llegamos al punto de encuentro publicado y allí había una persona identificada con chaleco rojo, nos explico entrego las entradas y tiquetes para regresar en el bus, durante el trayecto nos explico en español todo lo que teníamos que saber y aclaro nuestra pocas dudas, el viaje fue muy placentero y como Quedé gratamente satisfecha por los servicios tanto de ida con regreso a París. Everything went smoothly. Just as described. The bus was very comfortable and the drivers drove very safely. The drop off at the park was close to the people trams, so it was easy to get into the park. I Highly recommend this service

Our experience at Disneyland Paris was absolutely magical from start to finish, and the transportation made it even better. The park itself is beautifully maintained, incredibly immersive, and full of those classic Disney details that make you feel like a kid again. The castle is stunning, the rides are well-organized, and everything feels thoughtfully designed and clean. Even during busy times, the cast members were friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. The bus transportation was a huge highlight and made getting to and from the park effortless. Pick-up was clearly organized, on time, and comfortable, which took away any worry about navigating transit or driving. After long days at the parks, being able to just sit back and relax on the ride back was such a relief. It felt reliable, safe, and well-coordinated—exactly what you want when you’re traveling. Overall, Disneyland Paris exceeded expectations, and the bus service truly elevated the experience by making everything easy and convenient. I would absolutely recommend both to anyone visiting Paris and looking for a magical, well-planned day

What to bring

Make sure to present your tickets in the shuttle and not the cash desk of Disneyland® Paris.

What's not allowed

Keep in mind that large suitcases and bags are not allowed inside the park.

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along.

Accessibility

The experience isn't suitable for differently-abled guests.

Additional information

Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Tickets are distributed on the bus, not Disney® Parks.

Infants aged 2 and under get free admission to the shuttle as well as to Disney Park.

Make sure to head to the specified pickup point mentioned in your reservation. If arriving at a different pickup point, availability on the bus at alternate stops cannot be guaranteed.

You can choose from the following pickup points: 8:15am – Gare du Nord (83 rue de Maubeuge, next to the bakery), 8:30am – Eiffel Tower (14 Rue Jean Rey), 8:35am – Opéra (8 place de l’Opéra, in front of Lancel boutique), 8:50am – Montparnasse (19 rue du commandant René Mouchotte, in front of Pullman Hotel), or 8:55am – Bercy (2 place des Vins de France).

Please arrive at the pick-up 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your pick-up to avoid any delays.

Easy to find us! our staff will be wearing a red jacket with Magic Ways written on it.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the time of pick-up.

Your entrance tickets to the Parc(s) will be available for download starting at 12:00 PM (noon) on the day before your excursion here

If you experience any difficulties downloading your tickets, don't worry, a host will be present on site to assist you with the download.
