The trip was amazing and Angel the guide was exceptional. However on the return at the meeting point the lady gave the people going to Madrid no information she only spoke to the people going to Segonya. When the bus arrived in turned out it was for Madrid and we only knew because a fellow tourist asked the driver. After a tiring day unfortunately on the way back she and the driver spoke incessantly and loud the entire way back with no consideration for the passengers. Maybe not want to hear but I felt she was rude.

We had to ask the bus driver to cool the car like 10 times before they actually did anything since we were cooking the whole ride. No microphones or audio with such a big tour so you might not know where they are either if you look away or they are too fast.
