    Tout sest déroulé a la perfection. Il y a eu un changement d'horaire pour le départ de Cracovie mais nous avons été prévenus la veille. Comme je savais que ca arrivait, je n'avais rien prévu d'autre de la journée. Le bus était parfaitement à l'heure . Le guide dans le bus était parfait et ses explications en anglais étaient compréhensibles. Arrivé sur place nous avons retrouvé une guide francophone qui nous a fait vivre l'histoire. Retour sur Cracovie au lieu de prise en charge.

    In questo luogo non ha bisogno di parole, un luogo dove si respira aria pesante, e mentre la guida spiega e mostra il campo ti rendi conto del dramma che hanno vissuto migliaia di persone innocenti, nella mia testa un solo pensiero, come può un uomo fare queste cose, ovviamente non c'è una spiegazione, ma oggi mi chiedo cosa non abbiamo capito? Perché continuiamo a fare guerre inutili, perché continuiamo ad ammazzarci? Una risposta non si troverà mai, ma dal profondo del mio cuore desidero sempre un mondo in pace.

    Szczepan was our guide, and he reached out the day before on WhatsApp with the pickup point and time. He kept in touch throughout the trip on WhatsApp, which was a nice touch. We stopped at a few places along the way to taste local cheese and vodka while soaking in the views before getting to Zakopane village. We took the funicular up the mountain for more views before heading back down to check out the market and part of the village. Next up was the thermal baths; it was pretty hectic inside since it was a Sunday and packed with people, which I guess is a good sign. You get a colored watch that clocks you in and out, and the color matches the lockers for your stuff. Once in the pools, there are tons of options, and you can use your watch to buy drinks and food, which you pay for when leaving. There are saunas, jacuzzis, slides, a kids area, and even an adult-only section, so there’s loads to do. Overall, it was a fantastic day out, and Szczepan was a great guide, super informative and made sure everyone was happy with meeting points and times. We felt bad because we wanted to leave a tip but ran out of cash by the end of the trip.

    Had an awesome trip with Marco; all my friends and I had a great time. Marco is a wonderful guide and super friendly. If you haven’t booked your tickets yet, I definitely suggest you do!

    Je ne connais pas de complexe de cette taille en France, mais celui-ci est incroyable. Autant de piscines intérieurs et extérieurs et tous les autres services proposés. Aucune fausse note, un système parfaitement maîtrisé, et une propreté exemplaire. Bravo

    The views were great at Morskie Oko. Totally worth the hike up and down. Maciek was great in bringing us around and explaining to us how things work around the places. He was happy to answer any questions we got throughout the day.
