What to bring

Carry your own towel for Lake Vouliagmeni. Towels are available for rent on-site if needed.

Keep a valid photo ID handy in case it’s required to verify your booking at entry.

Set aside extra budget for meals, as well as entrance fees to Lake Vouliagmeni and the Temple of Poseidon (not included in the tour price).

Pack swimwear and a change of clothes if you plan to take a dip in the lake.

Sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses are recommended, especially during warmer months.

Comfortable walking shoes are advised, as exploring the Temple of Poseidon involves some walking.

What’s not allowed

This experience is not recommended for pregnant travelers.

Pets are not allowed, with the exception of certified service animals.

Alcohol, drugs, or participation under the influence are strictly prohibited.

Large backpacks, suitcases, and bulky luggage are restricted at the archaeological sites for security reasons.

Additional information

Hotel pickups take place from the lobby. For Airbnb stays, pickup is at the building entrance after coordinating with the driver. Airport and port pickups are arranged at arrivals, where your driver will be waiting with a sign.

Your driver is experienced and knowledgeable but not licensed to guide inside archaeological sites.
