Jungfrau is honestly one of the most unforgettable experiences I’ve ever had. As you go higher and the mountains open up around you, you really feel how powerful and beautiful nature is. At the top, it feels like you’re on another level — the air is fresh, the snow crunches under your feet, and the views are absolutely unreal. The journey itself is an adventure: the scenic train ride, the tunnels, the altitude — everything makes the moment special. The Aletsch Glacier completely amazed me with its beauty; I could stand there and look at it for hours. Yes, the trip is not cheap, but the feelings and memories you get from Jungfrau are worth every franc. It’s a place that truly energizes you and stays with you.

The views was exhilarating especially on a sunny day with no wind and temperature around zero degrees Centigrade. The Spinx lookout and the walk on the glacier provided a real feel of the magnificence of Jungfraujoch. The discovery tour allowed us to experience inside and outside beauties of the area as well as its history. Great job in creating the station and the entire gondola/train transportation system, which resulted in the high cost of the ticket.

We experienced perfect weather for the Jungfrau. We loved the train up there and then the views and ice tunnels were magical. The restaurant was very reasonable price and very tasty. We had traditional Swiss pork meal and Cheese Fondue. Would highly recommend for any other fellow Aussies or overseas travellers to come!

We chose to go on the earlier time to avoid the crowds which was a good choice. It did not feel crowded at all. The discovery tour was well posted. We did take it slowly as we were feeling dizzy from the altitude and we felt there was little warning of this when booking The ice sculptures were not as intricate as I thought they would be

Starting point: Grindelwald Terminal: Board the sleek Eiger Express gondola and enjoy a panoramic ascent to Eiger Glacier Station.

Eiger Glacier Station: Over here, gain access to numerous skiing and hiking routes, as well as connections for the final leg of your journey to Jungfraujoch – the cogwheel train.

Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe: Enjoy a range of attractions up on this 'saddle', with access to the Sphinx Observatory, Ice Palace, Plateau & Alpine Sensation. Get three hours of free time before your scheduled descent.

Eiger Glacier Station: Travel back down to Eiger Glacier by cogwheel before boarding the Eiger Express gondola back down to Grindelwald.

End point: Grindelwald Terminal

From Interlaken

Starting point: Interlaken OST - At Interlaken station, board the Bernese Oberland railway and head to Grindelwald Terminal.

Grindelwald Terminal: From this station, board the gondola lift with 360° glass windows, and watch the forests, glaciers, and sierras pass by from over 3,000 meters above sea level.

Eiger Glacier Station: Hop on the Jungfraujoch cogwheel railway for the final leg of your journey to the Top of Europe.

Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe: Enjoy a range of attractions on this 'saddle', with access to the Ice Palace, Sphinx Observatory, Plateau & Alpine Sensation. Once done, return to Eiger Glacier station by cogwheel train.

Round-trip to Jungfraujoch

Please note that this ticket also includes seat reservation for the descent, which is scheduled 3 hours later. If you miss boarding the gondola at the descent time, you'll have to wait in the queue for a long time.

For the Eigergletscher-Jungfraujoch route, you have the option to reserve a seat post-booking to avoid waiting times on peak days.

Your pass will be emailed to you shortly after booking.
