Madame Tussauds was such a great experience and the wax figures are honestly impressive because they look so incredibly real. My absolute favorite part was the section dedicated to British serial killers, which is funny because I originally didn't even want to go inside. I was terrified that there would be some kind of jump scare or scary surprise waiting for me. However, a lovely member of the staff promised me that I had nothing to fear and he actually held my hand while he accompanied me through the whole exhibit. It was so kind of him and it turned the scariest part into the best part of the day. If you are a fan of superheroes, the Marvel area is also beautiful and definitely worth seeing. It is a fantastic place to visit and I highly recommend it.

Das Buchen der Karten ging super schnell. Gebucht, bezahlt und schon waren die Tickets auf mein WhatsApp. Zur vereinbarten Zeit waren wir am Eingang - ohne Warteschlangen und ohne Chaos. Freundliche Mitarbeiter*innen haben uns willkommen geheißen. Unser Hauptziel waren die Juwelen. Positiv überrascht waren wir von der Art der Unterbringung, schön beleuchtet in einem Glaskasten von jeder Seite aus sehbar. Wunderbar... Der Innenhof war sehenswert. Für Kinder auf jeden Fall geeignet und auch für Blinde - da alles auch in Brail lesbar und die Juwelen sind nachgebildet - somit ertastbar. Gut erhalten und sehr gepflegt. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen - viel Spaß!

Easy to get to the venue, no problems with the tickets. Enjoyed the whole experience, brushed shoulders with some of the people we love! Loved the taxi train it wasn't what my daughter expected and she enjoyed every minute. I haven't been since the 1960s What a change. So happy the see the Beatles were still there and Dame Judi Dench was up there with royalties! She is my idol and it's the closest I will ever come to brushing shoulders with her. Thank you for a great day.

La visita a la Torre de Londres fue una experiencia increíble. La organización con las entradas fue muy sencilla y rápida, lo que nos permitió entrar sin problemas. El lugar está lleno de historia y poder ver las Joyas de la Corona en persona fue impresionante. Además, pasear por las murallas y conocer las historias del lugar hace que la visita sea muy interesante. Muy recomendable si visitas Londres.

Wurde durch meiner Frau gezwungen und gab es nicht bereut. Die Modelle wirkten sehr echt und die Kulissen wurden mit Hingabe ausgewählt. Besonders hat mir der Horrorbereich gefallen. Mit ca 100€ für drei Erwachsene zwar kein Schnäppchen, aber eine tolle Erfahrung. Danke an das Team in London.

Great value for money. Had a fantastic time. Loved the Hall of Heroes show with 4D, amazing. Me and my husband went for my 70th birthday. Hadn't been since we were in our 30's and took our two children when they were tiny. It has changed for the better with lots of amazing models.

Absolutely enjoyed both attractions. The wax works were fabulous and the ride and movie at the end just added to the experience we both had a great day. The Tower of London was also an excellent experience especially loved the Crown Jewels

Nous avons decidé d'y aller sur un coup de tête. Nous avons donc pris nos places au dernier moment. Ce fut une super expérience. Les petites activités en plus font la différence. On n'y est resté 1h30 et on a trouvé cela trop court !

Flash photography, tripods, and professional filming equipment are prohibited in the exhibition areas.

Tower of London

Photography is allowed in most areas, except in the Jewel House and the Chapel of St. John.

Luggage, large bags, tripods, selfie sticks, and other recording equipment are not allowed.

Smoking, eating, and drinking are not permitted inside the venue.

The experience is partially accessible for wheelchairs and prams or strollers.

Complimentary adult carer or companion tickets can be collected on-site upon presenting proof of eligibility, such as a Blue Badge, Freedom Pass, DLA letter, or PIP letter.

Registered guide dogs are allowed in the venue.

Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above.

Disabled visitors pay the standard admission fee, and one accompanying carer enters free of charge.
