I was warned it was an ugly, unpleasant city. But I loved it! The people were amazing! Friendly, charming. A city full of life. Busy. Full of places to visit, and the surrounding area is unmissable. The only problem with transportation is that it's slow and feels like you're riding in a rally. My only complaint is how unpleasant it was to buy tickets for trips to Capri, Imafil, etc. Both times I went, the saleswoman was eating and yelling, and she sold me one with the wrong date. When I returned it a few minutes later, she yelled at me even more and mistreated me. Despite those small details, I love Naples!

Die Einstiegstelle am Bahnhof ist leicht zu finden - direkt beim Eingang, neben den Taxis. Der Fahrer war sehr freundlich und hat alle Fragen geduldig beantwortet (obwohl er sie sicher schon x-mal gehört hat ...). Die Menge der Personen, die mitfahren wollten, hat ihn nicht aus der Ruhe gebracht. Der Bus wurde sicher und kompetent durch den Feiertagsverkehr gefahren. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

The bus transfer was excellent — everything ran smoothly and on time. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bus was clean and comfortable. Prompt and easy, polite driver. I'd recommend getting the bus at the port as when we got to Garibaldi there was a large queue and some had to wait for the next bus. For an airport shuttle the bus was woefully lacking in luggage space and many of us had to ride with our suitcases on our laps which was cramped and uncomfortable.

Wir sind begeistert. Pünktlich, sauber und schnell in der Stadt. Im Vergleich mit Taxi geradezu sehr günstig. Der Bus ist in wenigen Schritten erreichbar, ,sowohl am Flughafen alsauch an den Haltestellen, was will man mehr.
