Free admission is available during European Heritage Days (third weekend of September) and every first Sunday of the month from November to March.

Entry is free for anyone under 18, EU nationals or non-EU residents in France aged 18–25 (with ID), disabled guests with an accompanying adult, jobseekers (with a certificate less than 6 months old), and holders of a valid education pass.

Holders of a Hôtel de la Marine pass (by invitation), members of the Association of Friends of the Hôtel de la Marine, and holders of the Paris Museum Pass (for the Appartement des Intendants tour) can also visit for free.
